After the Pacquaio-Bradley fight they will most likely either move Pacquaio or Mayweather to #1 depending on the result.

If bradley beats Pac, he should move to no2 or hey, even no1, if only for a little while depending on how he performs after Pac. If Bradley can beat Pac i would assume Bradley would beat Floyd also.
Floyd hasnt ever beaten someone who beat Pac.
