Archie Moore's 4th win over Harold Johnson is up there with one of this best wins. Despite beating him 3 times prior and beating the likes of Marshall, Bivins and Maxim.

Prime (or close to prime) Mosley is a prime Mosley. Of course that's his second best win.

If Calzaghe decided to take the rematch against Hopkins and won would Hopkins 1 & 2 not be his best 2 wins?

He can't just not be crediting for beating a HOF'er close to his prime the second time. Surely that can't just be deleted.

Mosley x2 compared to Kessler and Hopkins.

The rest of their respective career's are pretty much a long lsit of wins against average fighters (Offical wins).

I can't see the significant difference there.
Mosley was long forgotten until he "resurrected" his career with the win over an Oscar who at 154 was overrated himself. But I hear you. However, let's continue. You have said that Calzaghe's top two wins are better than Wright's top two wins. Who next for Wright?

      Calzaghe wasn't exactly primed either.

He beat (albeit controversially) a very formidable Robin Reid - a fighter I enjoyed very much during his brief reign. Lacy was completely overrated and Calzaghe did what he should - crapped on him. Kessler, a solid fellow champ. I'm missing a name or two but after that you and Iron are right, the rest are scraps. But that is more than enough to rate him above Wright.
Shieka, Brewer and Robin Reid were solid at best, IMO.

The fact we have to use these 3 names to support his resume is just a testament to how weak his resume is.

I know you're no fan of Calzaghe and aren't trying to say he has an exceptional resume. But you're being a tad too nice

I think long forgotten is a slight stretch

He wasn't absolutely prime but he was certainly close to it.

I said his two top wins are debatabley better than Wright's two top wins.

          After that? Not much.

Mullings, Mckart x2, washed up Trinidad, a few other decent-solid wins at best.

How about Calzaghe? Lacy, washed up Eubank, Robin Reid, Omar Shieka, and a few other decent-solid wins at best.

See what I'm trying to say?

LOL. How weak his resume is compared to...Winky's? Come on. Winky's resume is below that.

Great, was he 43 with a 2-2 record in his last four outings?

So Mullings would be Wright's next best win? See what I'm saying? LOL. Look, Joe's resume isn't ATG. But Wright's resume isn't even rated G.

I don't think Hopkins lost either of those fights to Taylor.

I've agreed numerous times that his resume is below that.

I just don't see how it's sigificantly better.

                      Probably.

What's Calzaghes? Jeff Lacy. Hardly any better.

I don't think Winky's resume is rated. Like I said in my first post I think he's argubally not a HOF'er.

I just don't think Calzaghe's resume blows his out the water. Which it hardly does, really.
