If Corrie Sanders is the best you have then that speaks volumes.

Oh Common man! Vitali's a monster and a sadist.

        He'd give anyone a headache.

The real issue is that almost all of Vitali's best opponents were out of shape when they fought him. Sanders was at least 10lbs more than he should have been, which is why he was completely gassed with his arms flopping at his sides as early as the 3rd round.

Kirk Johnson was laughably fat against Vitali too.

Vitali resume was always overrated for a long time, but hes beginning to redeem himself in his old age and with his win over Adamek.

anyways I hope Haye vs Vitali happens. They both seem to want it, so make it happen please.

That's only one of three opponents that Vitali fought after Wlad did so far. You not knowing that speaks a thicker volume. Plus, as a bonus, Vitali smashed all 3 badly while Wlad either lost to or was knocked down by them. If Vitali wants to go brutalize Haye, so be it. It's not like Wlad dusted Haye. He should have stopped him IMHO. In fact, I bet that he would.

Wlad had to protect his chin, he spoiled on the inside and just jabbed only, on rare occasions throwing the right.

Wlad is not a natural fighter, Vitali is, he will come for the KO and it should make for a more entertaining fight.

Yep, but he wouldn't rematch Byrd, would he? You can ignore this all you want, we know you have no answer.

First off, it's easy to derate Vit's resume in hindsite isn't it? But these same naysayers think these guys stand a chance prior to Vitali patting them up.

Next, Vitali has nothing to do with them not showing up in shape.

Lastly, I've got a number for you. It's 16. That is the number of losses Vitali's last 11 opponents had combined. That's 16 losses for 11 fighters. Three were unbeaten. That's less than two losses each in all title fights. If those fighters were bums they would have a) lost more and b) would not have been ranked high enough to be fighting for a title in the first place.

Yep, you gotta love the numbers game Klit fans love to play. The problem is when you look past the numbers and at the facts such as who did these guys actually fight, and when? All of a sudden it isn't so cut and dry. The numbers can't tell you how a fighter has been protected or brought along against over matched stiffs to keep his record (and those magic numbers) pretty. Of course Mr. Sensitive and other nuthuggers will ignore this little fact in order to maintain their illusions.
