      it's cause its old, and Floyd won a sww title in the mean time and bragged about being #1 sww and wanting his opponent comfortable. he didn't even drop his title or declare intent to move back down. so you gotta go with what canelo said 2 weeks ago, and not 18 months:

      Floyd must fight me at 154, I can't go lower

          perhaps this is a major reason why the fight is at 152-because Canelo said it wouldn't be.

            The weight is never negotiable for 2 champs in the same class (* unless subpaper champ like DLH at middle). Lots of other things to haggle over

                For the record I don't like the CW. lol. But it was cool to see people make assumptions.

                I just thought it was weird that Floyd's rabid fan base hadn't bumped this thread.

                  There must have been one like it then, or they have just posted the link to the article in other threads. I've seen this others bring this up since the fight was announced.
