With that said, at the end of the day, all these nonsense are business as usual for both parties. It's all about making money, and it doesn't matter if it's Floyd or Pac. So until these two divas actually fight, neither one is fighting for legacy anymore, it's all about money.
Top rank's matchmaker is in the HOF for a reason, because he makes great fights and matches stars properly. That is a great skill and he should be applauded for it. In this instance they should buck protocol to give fans the fight they want.

His answer......"they're suing me, how can we really negotiate a fight if they're suing me."
One more escape clause?
they're suing him..why not drop the lawsuit and get the fight signed??
Floyd wants to fight but with the lawsuit going on pac has a good reason to keep ducking mayweather...
That shows you that the lawsuit means more to bob and manny than the fight...
Or can pac/arum sue mayweather and then sign the fight to fight mayweather at the same time??
Think before you type non sense.

Yes that is right. Manny Pacquiao, Coach Roach, Bob Arum, and all Pacman fans believe that Manny Pacquiao clearly beat Marquez. Heck one idiot poster here even went as far as to say he won 10-2.
YET, they are seeking a 4th fight with Marquez. Because they clearly won.
Now ask yourself, does this make sense?
Karceno asked Floyd if he is now ready to negotiate, Floyd's answer,
"....they're suing me, how can we negotiate a fight if they're suing me?"

to answer your question again...
pac can not fight mayweather if he has the lawsuit going on...you can't sue someone then the next day agree to fight him...
that means that pac rather chooses to fight in the court room....
do you understand??
they dropped the lawsuit against de la hoya...now if pac was such a good fighter why not fight in the ring instead of the court room???

"The truth of the matter is that we received this afternoon an email from retired federal judge Daniel Weinstein, who has informed us that Top Rank is pursuing a rematch with Marquez and, therefore, is not interested in immediate talks for a possible Mayweather-Pacquiao" Schaefer.
Here is the bloody article written by Dan Rafael.
Again I ask you, if Manny Pacquiao clearly won the fight with Marquez as he has stated, then why in the HELL would he be seeking a 4th fight?
Seriously take the Pacquiao googles out of your eyes and ask yourself one question:
Does that make sense??

Here is the exact quote from Arum as written in Rafael's article:
"We are pursuing a fourth fight with Marquez. As far as doing anything definitely, we aren't ready to do anything definitively. When we are ready to make a determination of what we are going to do, we will do it. We are not going to do this in the press. We will do what is in the best interest of ourselves and our client and make a decision when it's time to. If we decide we want a rematch with Marquez, there is no reason to sit down with Mayweather. If we want to explore a Mayweather fight, we will sit down with them. But I'm not going to sit down with them just because it's a good show."
