Marquez is a more complete fighter/boxer than Pacquiao, just not as physically talented. Marquez might actually have better timing to land punches than Mayweather, however, we'll never know because Mayweather is much more physically talented than him and can do things that Marquez cannot. Marquez timing is so good, that he shouldn't have been able to land the punches he did on Pacquiao, a guy who's considerably faster and stronger. Floyd's timing and reflexes make it appear like he has telekinesis sometimes, but he has always been the faster man, except against Judah. That being said, Pacquiao would not be where he is if he was just all speed. Even though he has fought a couple of tailor made opponents who outweighed him, it still takes a certain level of boxing ability to do what he did to them.

Well, " a certain level " does not equate to greatness, or even close.

And neither does beating opponents who were so faded/disadvantaged that they would have also lost to a number of other guys in their own division.

he blocked a lot of marquez punches, and countered, a lot of it cant be seen in normal speed

Marquez defense was just to move and back up, how can he be a better fighter boxer when all he did was move back and Pacquiao had to initiate the action?

and when Marquez initiated the action he got countered
