    If you hate his trash talking I'm cool with that. Other than that, dude is a true professional.

    More important, he created a business model which ultimately brings more money to the fighters.

    Yes he has structured is carrer to maximize his money rather than give fans what they want. But only a real loser faults him for that IMO.

        It's not hard to imagine to not be a fan of any fighter...Whether you're Floyd or Pac or whoever.

          what i find annoying is that both camps keep on making noises, yet neither have made a visible effort to go to the other side and start negotiations. and anyone of importance who tries to make it happen end up burned.

          take Ross Greenberg and Nelson Mandela's daughter. Both tried to make the fight happen and both failed miserably.
          You are an absolute fkn idiot.

          You dumb ****, Greenburg and Mandela's daughter are not boxing promoters, or managers, and Greenburg has never hosted an official negotiation in his life you moron.

          Greenburg is "party to" a negotiation, he supplies dates/figures, and nothing more, just like he did in the only official negotiation.

          You are dopey non-boxing fanboy kid who has been ****** in by Bob Arum, and nothing more.

          What date did Greenburg apparently start his " negotiations " ?

          May 2nd, right ?

          Check out the dates on the links.....

          9 days after Greenburg (apparently) started his " negotiations ", Bob Arum himself confirmed that NO negotiations were currently underway, and Ellerbe confirmed that there were no negotiations scheduled for the immediate future.....

          And yet again..... 12 days after Greenburg (apparently) started " negotiations ", Arum again confimed that NO negotiations were currently underway, and Schaefer himself confimed that there were no negotiations scheduled for the immediate future.....

          Even as late as 7 weeks after Greenburg (apparently) started his "negotiations", Bob Arum still insisted that GBP were representing Mayweather..... “ Patience, patience, patience, ” said Arum, who has been in the thick of negotiations with Golden Boy Promotions (GBP) regarding what is expected to be the richest fight in boxing history.....

          In fact, the first time that I can recall Greenberg even being mentioned, was during Arum's conference call.

          Add to that the fact that CLEARLY Arum lied about the deadline, and the answer is plainly obvious to anyone who has not already decided that he will blindly defend Manny at all costs.

          CLEARLY, Greenburg did not hold an official negotiation, and Al Haymon categorically denied that the two phone calls between him and Greenburg were part of any official negotiation..... and CLEARLY, Bob Arum lied about the deadline.

          A "deadline" that Arum negotiated with GBP is about to expire.....
          //krikya360.com/?m=show&id=29293

          The very next day, Arum is forced to admit that he never even spoke with GBP....
          //krikya360.com/?m=show&id=29324

          Stop being so ******.

            Freddie has got to be frustrated because the fight means more to him than anyone except manny. Freddy really believes he can solve mayweather.

            Freddy woulda fought floyd in a second. He'd a got his ass kicked worse than Gatti or Corrales (RIP both), but he'd have signed and fought.

              It's hard to imagine a true boxing fan not being a fan of Mayweather, he's arguably the best boxer that we have seen in a long time. His boxing skills are unquestioned. On the other hand, it's not hard to imagine a childish immature "fan" who puts more stock in the drama-side of boxing than what actually goes on in the ring not being a Mayweather fan. Those types didn't like Clay/Ali either, until he was debilitated.

              Exactly. If you're a true fan of the sport then how could you not be a Mayweather fan? How could you not have the ultimate appreciation for what he does inside the ring?

Are you denying this?

                  I agree Pac did not look good....

                  But he did win every round and ***ed up Mosley more then Floyd did.. and Floyd look great..

                    Do you even know how long Mosley for Berto? Do you know how he long he trained for Floyd.

                    It wasn't back-to-back. There was a month off period at the very minimum between both camps.

                    And, yes when Floyd fought Mosley that was the best fight that could be made at WW not involving Pac.

                    Berto was not only ranked higher than Mosley but had more momentum at that time than what Mosley did. So yes when Pac fought Mosley it was NOT the best fight that could have been made at that time.

                    Don't respond to me unless you take Pac **** out of your mouth. If you still on your knees I just won't respond.
                    First, stop fantasizing about Pac's ****. I know it's hard for you. Pun intended.

                    Next, you discounted the layoff with Mosley. And about the training camps, it appears you probably don't exercise often and take care of your diet due to your reactions. Mosley thinks he can get away from eating junk food while on and off training.

                    You say Berto and Pac, so why not Berto and Mayweather, especially with Mayweather being his own boss and make the fight happen sometime during the year? Confusing yourself I see. I guess Floyd rubs off some of his BS to his minions. Mayweather-Berto would've been easier to make considering they're both affiliated with Al Haymon. Pacquiao-Berto would've been much harder to make considering the Al Haymon factor with Arum AND what Berto brings to the table.

                      What's the point though? I wouldn't say that Pacquiao looked "bad" against Mosley, I just think that some of the holes in his fight game were visible against Mosley. While Mayweather may not have "messed Mosley up" as bad as Pacquiao, his performance was a lot more technically sound.
