are you in so cal? if so the next time I go out to the fights, tag along with us, you can ask plenty of trainers yourelf, plenty feel that the fight should be either a dq or a nc, others feel the way you do, some feel that Floyd threw those shots to get out of the fight himself by DQ if it came to that.

Talk to x3 bazooka, he just said he will welcome you to meet you up to meet with unbiased refs there many of them out there.. Case in point most rational boxing aficionados see it how it is a highway robbery by Floyd.. It was a fight worth at least a few more rounds..

No one was in control of that fight yet. Not Floyd nor Victor. The fight was just heating up..

This video validates what I thought I saw at the time. Mayweather had those impressive combos during the first half of the round, but I thought most hit gloves or missed. This video proved it. Also I thought the most defining punch of the fight before the sucker punch was Ortiz right hook catching May as he was ducking forward. Again this video proved that. Ortiz realized right away he landed a hard punch and put on the pressure, Mayweather also felt that one as he scrambled backwards towards the rope in his shell defence.

Yup that right hook that caught may made Ortiz realize to put some gas on the pedal.. He pressured may at the ropes with barrage of punches. Never seen Floyd get hit cleanly with a lot of punches in 1 round.. Victor round indeed.

Sooooo, u guys are debating the fact victor screwd himself by butting floyd after landing clean n stopping his own momentum or the fact he was winning the round making that fact worse? Btw victor was hurt in the 3rd, bad enough to where he buckled n hoped on his skates.. no threads on that is it?

Nope, it Just shows these 3 amigos, Cortez, Ortiz and Floyd had all been part of this strange fight.. They all fuvcked up in there own sick deranged way of dealing with things such that they made a mess of a fight.

But in a perfect world we could have gotten a great fight. Evident to how victor was building confindence and hanging tough in there up to the fourth round and could really see him winning the 4th..

The fight was just starting to become a fight..
Btw, never did Ortiz buckled in there. At the start he was covering his head with his gloves on high Guard as seen in the video making Floyd miss and hit air and leather, Floyd got frustrated and pulled Ortiz down to hunch down making you think he buckled, but obviously he wasn't and was gaining steam evident to the barrage of punches ortiz followed through. Making floyd shake his head and acknowledge Ortiz that you got me there boy. Then another barrage before the head butt happened hit Floyd good. Deadly bombs were thrown.. I'm sure Floyd didn't like getting hit like that.. All on slowmo bro.

Watch it again. Ortiz high Guard was good enough to block Floyd's shots.. Pretty good defense by Ortiz in this round.. Floyd hit air and leather for most part of the 4th.

Bottom line it was shaping into a great fight.. No one was in control at that point.

Even with the headbutts and rabbit punches Ortiz was still taking more damage. Do you say someone won a round because they did better than the last round ? I do not. If you lose the round, then you lose the round. Period.
Now, was the fight warming up? If you call Ortiz becoming more desperate warming up, then I say yes. But Victor did not show in the 4th round that he was changing the trajectory of the fight with the way he was fighting. All Victor showed was that he was becoming increasingly frustrated that he was not doing more damage to Floyd. I would have enjoyed more rounds of the fight, but Victor checked out mentally. So, Let it go. Victor went as far as he could go mentally in that fight against someone like Floyd. If Victor believed he was doing as well as you thought he was then he would not have given Floyd that 1960 NFL spear job. That 4 rounds pushed Victor into a corner mentally. Sorry, he cracked. And you know the rest.

HuH? You can't even give credit were credit is due.. Your blinded by your love for Floyd. Can't even see that Floyd was hitting air and leather for most part of the 4th round. It was ortiz pressing Floyd in the 4th. Even Floyd acknowledged it and shook his head to say you got me there boy.

In this video shows how many times floyd's head snapping and you can't even give credit were credit is due? You can argue floyd won the first three rounds, but the 4th round seeing how many bombs Ortiz hit him with. It would be crazy to think floyd won that.

Floyd was missing terribly in the 4th. He was hitting gloves, and air. Props to victor's high guard defense in there, If the fiasco didn't take place. Victor clearly was winning that round..
