Exactly, Floyd was feeling the pressure in the fourth round and knew the fight was going to be tough so he decided to act like a little coward. Fighters like Hagler, Hearns, Leonard, DLH would never pull this **** off.

Cortez did not follow protocal I have been over this dozens of times here there is a protocal he must follow when calling time.

He failed to do that, Floyd admitted he never heard Cortez say anything and the post fight presser and followed up with what goes around comes around, meaning Floyd threw with out giving a **** if time was in or not.

When Cortez said lets go, that is not the command to use when you have called time and taken a point
you must secure a safe distance between the fighters
inform the judges of the infraction and deduct a point.

He did not do it in that order which is why he was talkin to the time keeper when Floyd threw those cheap shots. and rather than to be a man and admit he ****ed up, he robbed this kid of his title.
Bottom line the WBO knows this, which is why he has been replaced, dont come here and compair soccer to this sport, the rules and guidelines are much different.
and there are referee guidelines that are required to be followed by federal law, and in those guidelines it states that a referee is to discuss the commands and hand signals he will be using during the fight and that all parties must be on the same page....
clearly Cortez, The time keeper, Ortiz and Floyd were all on a different page when this **** happend.
Protect yourself at all times I hear ya, but then again there are rules that are supposed to be followed when deducting a point and in this fight they were not.

Brother I have touched just about every aspect of this sport, went to ref clinics, went coaches clinics, judges etc.....
you learn those rules if thats what you want to do in life, and if you want to do a good job you learn those rules

if you really want to sum this up, as soon as people questioned the legality of the win, The Floyd fans then ignored the valid points people were making per the rules, and started to point to the headbut.....
in other words they went from a debate to justifying what he did, so whats that tell you?
That tells you and everybody with any sense that they even know this was illegal

It's a sport, in sports being honorable is what it's all about. wether it is football, basketball, tennis etc.. They have rules.. Floyd *****ing and *****s *****ing are just uneducated people who can't really get how ******ed they are and how they should just step up their game and convince there man to fight real competition..

For me we are being deprived of the super fight of out time. Pac vs May is our Ali vs Frazier our Sugar ray vs Marvin Hagler.. This is the fight will make boxing great again, but instead, if you notice this *****s would rather not see the fight. They are contented in their ****** imagination he will win even if he face robinson floyd will win. To *****s He is a demigod lol

Yup so true, promoters aren't in control of the fighters as how Dana is to ufc. The fighters are the the ones in control. They turn into divas when they become to loaded with cash. They fight when they want to and if they see they can beat the guy that's the only time they will fight.. It's not like other sports were everything is filtered until only one man is standing and crowned the king of the hill.
