how can manny give ortiz a shot but pacfans find this fight a disgrace in mayweathers favor?
*****s are so ****in dumb... pac obviously is trying to be diplomatic here... he never wants to say anything bad about anyone.

Whereas Arum has no relationship nor investment in Victor, so he's not obligated to say anything positive about him.
If Freddie was training Ortiz, then I'd change my tune about Victor's chances. He trained an old Oscar for one fight and almost got the decision. Victor's offense and stamina are way better than the Oscar that faced Floyd.
Bob used to promote Ortiz and he even admitted that Ortiz was someone he would be looking at as a potential foe for Pacquiao in the future.

Why Bob changed his tune when Floyd selected him is questioning. Why is Bob fearful for Ortiz when Floyd selects the new WBC Champion but was cool to look at him as a foe for Pac?

Again, Bob says "Ortiz is a potential foe for Pac" yet states "Victor Ortiz is not nearly ready for Floyd Mayweather". Bob continues, "I wouldn't have wasted or thrown a young guy like Ortiz into this match against Mayweather at this particular point in his career. I just wouldn't do it because there is no way that Victor Ortiz is ready to fight somebody like Floyd Mayweather. There just isn't."

If Bob doesn't think his investment can win, he wont make the fight. Especially with Mayweather. Think about it!

*****s are confused people. pac is actually making floyd look good in his choice of fights by implying that this is a competitive fight. that's why this is a damned if you do damned if you don't case. if pac says this is a mismatch in floyd's favor, hell will break loose for pac by *****s.

Both Arum and Haymon protect their fighters like over-protective mothers.

But, I don't see contracting statements when Arum says that Victor right now is "too green" and then later saying "“Golden Boy has at least one fighter who, down the road, who could factor into a fight with Manny Pacquiao, and that’s WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz”. That is a quote from your link!!! Those are consistent statements. Ortiz needs more development as a true welterweight.

Whereas, last month Mayweather says "Pacquiao, you're next". Then today says, "I never said that at all. So please, don't put words in my mouth!"

Your biased logic clouds your thinking.
-Ortiz is in fact the WBC WW Champion is he not? (a simple yes or no will suffice)

-Champions are supposed to fight Champions/the best fight the best are they not? (a simple yes or no will suffice)

The point dear sir is that in boxing, Champions fight Champions and the best are supposed to fight the best. Not in Bob's world who says the WBC "CHAMPION" is "too green".

Ortiz is a CHAMPION! Are you trying to say that if your a champion you shouldn't fight the best? See your logic?

Also note that Bob has not matched Pac up with the best in years at WW. In fact, recently all of Pac's opposition has come up their worst performances of there careers. This means he is in fact not fighting the best. Bob's logic.

You see dear sir, you missed the point yet pointed it out unintentionally. Bob protects his investments. The fact remains dear sir, Victor Ortiz is the WBC WW Champion, He is supposed to fight the best. Your hate for Floyd. clouds that judgment. Silly silly silly you..

Bottom line, Mayweather is now fighting another TOP 3 WW Champion. The pervious fighter Mayweather faced was the WORLD WW Champion who Pac ducked. Two back to back TOP WW's.

Ask yourself dear sir, what's the last fighter Pac fought that looked good in their previous fight or just simply came off a win or was even a champion?

Manny's just being nice. He knows Ortiz might get KTFO.

Well, why don't you ask yourself how Manny became a champion?
