after he ventured up to 144 and lost instead of going to 140 and staying at 144ish what did he do?

went back to 135 even at his advanced age

also, the tune up fight he just had wanna take a guess as to what he weighed? 138, as a tune up for a welterweight fight.

yeah age really did make JMM heavier

he has no business going north of 135 and you know that but want to make it seem like he has good reason to when everything he has done and is currently doing indicates he makes 135 with relative ease

the man is not a welterweight
age did NOT make JMM heavier.

It was FEAR that made JMM heavier.

    Fear of fighting Humberto Soto.
Soto has been wanting to fight JMM since 2007, but JMM has ducked him, just like Pac, Valero, Guerrero, EM, MAB and so many others have.

The only one that was willing to fight Soto during that time was the cheating coward-Joan Guzrunner.
Soto was ****ing Guzman up in the first couple of rounds and then in the 3rd round, Guznman cowardly intentionnally fouled Soto and then ran like a scared chicken.

Rios wanted to fight Soto, just 2 months after Soto had fought Antillon.
But Rios is too young and ****** to not know how dangerour of a puncher Soto is.

(and dont think I forgot about serving you with a summons and federal suit. The statute of limitation is 1 year on libel, 2 years for unfair business practices, etc., It will be just a matter of time......cause right now I have other businesses to take care off)

In this Pacquiao fight, he is carefully, technically, nutritionist supervised, adding good, solid, weight so that whilst he may have the added advantage in strength he will also be able to retain his normal speed. This is the way MannyP did it. As well as Joe Calzaghe, Bernard Hopkins, and many other toop guys who went up a weight or two and were successful.
When Henry Armstrong fought Ceferino Garcia for the World Welterweight Title he weighed 134 against Garcia's 146. And later, when he fought Garcia for the World Middleweight Title
(New York version only) he weighed 142 against Garcia's 153.

There is NO limit BELOW which a fighter can not come into the ring for a designated weight limited fight. The limit is always on the upper end.

There seems to be confusion in the Marquez Pcquiao fight where I have seen reports that Marquez is required to come in at NO LESS nor NO MORE than 144. I think this muct be untrue, and he can come in as light as he wante to.

It was FERIA that made JMM heavier.

Biggest $$ he can make with this fight.

Soto has been wanting to fight JMM since 2007, and JMM has avoided him.
Instead, JMM fought Soto's "leftovers" (Rocky Juarez) than fight Soto.

last year Soto trieed to unify his WBC 135lbs belt with JMM's WBA/WBO belts, but JMM was to scared to fight Soto, so JMM fought Katsidis instead.

JMM has always been scared to fight Soto, and will always be scared to fight Soto, just like Pacman is also scared to fight Soto too.

                (arent you from Sherwood?)

                  business decision? really

no they weren't you really think JMM was sitting there worried about his prospects against the people at 140?

and a fight with Devon would have been good, and I would be sure JMM would have entertained the notion.

JMM came in at 145 for a 135 fight. PAC came in at 148 for fights at 140, 147, and 150.

For this fight at 144 PAC will weigh 148. JMM will probably come in at 145.

Their fighting weights would have been the same if the weigh-in was at 135, 140, 144, 147, 150, or 154. (for their last fight at 130, JMM weighed 141, PAC 145)

The difference is neither of them will have to drain to make weight.

The problem for JMM is not going to be his weight, but his age.

Because his ring weight is 145lbs.

Why bother cutting, skipping meals and not taking on fluids when you don't have too.
