the factual events are as follows:

1. floyd and company accused pac of ped use publicly

2. pac sued floyd and company

3. gbp made amends with pac

4. floyd was ordered by the court to submit deposition

5. floyd failed to submit a deposition

6. pac asks court for a default ruling in his favor

now, speaking of posts substance and relevance, kindly review your 1, 3 & 4 against the facts given above...

i don't see the need to address again and again what you are asking for lest we go on circles..specially that your views are based on leading questions, if you understand what those are..and other so irrelevant matters...like..

before, you even mentioned marquez..

who has got totally nothing to do with the pac pbf defamation case..

now you add in malinaggi and cintron..

pac has the right to sue whoever he wants to sue in accordance with the law...

and this time i will give you one of my own "if" supposition:
