it was a great opportunity, the best out there, and Pavlik spit on it

I disagree. How much did Magee and Andrade receive?

here is what there is more to this story : everybody is ducking Bute, and that includes Kessler

Sure man. Go back to the bar now. You might hook up with Kelly Staphlik.

Wow. I was just watching the video on Pavlik's comeback yesterday. I'm not a fan of his, but I always root for someone overcoming their demons and finding redemption. Now he calls pulling out of his scheduled fight five days before it's set to go a "business decision"? I find it hard to believe that his advisors would condone such a move. Unfortunately, it smacks of relapse to me. Whatever is at work here, Kelly has shot himself in the foot.

Not just any venue, hometown venue. He didn't just shoot his foot, he shot his knees and groin. How are you going to pull out of a hometown fight and still walk around with your head high?

Pavlik thinks he's worth more than he actually is. He should have been happy with what he would've received. He may have beaten Cunningham but Bute would have whipped his ass anyway. Arum might as well just cut him off.

Pavlik's decision has everyone shaking their heads. I'm tempted to say that his career is toast. But it's a strange world...and, after all, this is boxing.

I wouldn't mind seeing that as well. Either one of those would be the best opponent Bute has ever had.

Hopefully he grows some balls and fights Johnson or Dirrell.

Pavlik does not know what to do with himself. What a waste!

Pavlik is trash just look at him a messed up person sorry and ruined. Pale pasty tattoed drunken bum nothing but a disgraced pitiful battered soaul exercising his alcohol demons and letting the demons win. KO"D in the Fifth by Jack Daniels with one foot in the grave and the other foot on a bananna peel.
