If Pavlik wasn't happy with the $$ he was getting for this fight then he shouldn't have signed the contract in the first place. A lot of publicity, including the ESPN piece with Jeremy Shap, was generated for this fight and the folks from Youngstown were really excited about this. For Kelly to pull a b1tch move like this 4 days before the fight makes him look like a ****...

    Phaq U Kelly Pavlik...

Really? Then when is he finally going to fight somebody with a pulse?

The Super Six is over. Can't use that as an excuse for fighting bums anymore.

How long has $1,000,000 been peanuts? Bloody hell, if Bob Arum is reading this I'll fight Cunningham and Bute on the same night for $50,000 if you like! I'm not greedy.

He's no longer the guy we used to know. The guy destroyed Edison Miranda and Jermain Taylor. What was the matter with him? Getting shut out by Hopkins? Getting beaten up by Martinez? He has let us down by pulling out of a Pwill fight and a Martinez rematch, and now this?! The guy is done for...

Thanks to Jim Lampley who uttered the premature words, "Pavlik is the centerpiece of American Boxing" around the fight with Gary Lockett, all we have now is this spoiled brat from the Rust Belt that seeks alcoholic bliss versus getting back to the basics and building himself back up. Damn, BHop took dude's heart and Sergio finished off his manhood so now we're left with a has-been that aint cut out for this **** no mo!

Pavilk your killing me jackass. Kessler is better then you and is better for Bute's reputation then you, plus Darryl Cunningham is a bum. What do you expect?

Man has looked done for over 2 years. Would've been just another stroll in the park for Bute.

Face it, Kelly Pavlik is a frazzle of what once was.

If he's ever coming back for a top-level fight, it's only to have his career finished by a brutal KO.
