How is this a good fight?

Had Kirkland gone on a monthly winning streak up until September he still wouldn't deserve a fight with Martinez.

This makes vs Manfredo look like a once in a generation superfight.

And that is why i didn't hype Ishida. He is good but something like this fight can happen and the air in his sails can fall out quickly.

And are his handlers demanding a fight with Sergio. Because I haven't read that Pirog or his handlers are demanding to fight Sergio next. If they want the fight, you have start negotiating. If they want the fight SO bad, why haven't they been beating the drums for the fight.

And do you really think Sergio is scared of Pirog since he fought Pavlik and Paul Williams. Pirog is a good fighter, but can you say he's better than Paul Williams. Can you even say he was better than Sergio's last fight against Sergei. Pirog is famous for beating an unproven middleweight contender in Danny Jacobs. Great, good win. But all of a sudden Sergio is afraid of Pirog for beating Jacobs. Ca mon.
No he did not stop lying.

I'm not saying Martinez is scared of Pirog. But, again what should Pirog do that he has not or is not willing to do? You claiming he's not going after the fight. But, he is going after the fight. What more do you want?

Is not his fault that HBO doesn't want him on the network. He has been wanting to go back to the network since the Jacobs fight. The reason why he didn't fight again in 2010 was cuz' he was hoping for an HBO date that never came.

And, yes Pirog team have called out Martinez plenty of times. And, in return Martinez team have said, "Fuck Pirog," because he won the title that was stripped from Martinez.

Are you trying to tell me that people were actually saying that Martinez was ducking James Kirkland? Wow! Dudes are really reaching. I honestly think Pirog would get blasted out of this universe going up against Martinez. This Martinez is ducking fighters movement was invented by most Pac fans to discredit him. Pathetic to me.

This dum**** triangle circle-jerk between Pac/Flayd/Martinez fans has to stop.

There is no way to justify this fight. People were talking about Kirkland fighting Martinez in 1-2 years. Him getting exposed by Ishida doesn't mean jack.

I'm happy for Ishida. If HBO or whoever wants to give him a slot against one of the MW contenders that's fine. But there is no way that a supreme talent like Martinez should waste his time with this.

This is not far removed from Adamek facing McBride.

I agree with the latter, but the former makes you just as idiotic as them.

martinez DESERVES to take an easy fight unlike pacyow that takes fans money for garbage fights, when was the lastime pac fought somebody even coming off of a win ?? let alone an upsetof the year 1st rnd win?? since never.pac fights no-hopers and losers, what martinez has done in the last 2 years pac hasnt done in his entire hype ppv driven career: and thats fight the best there is , not just "names " on losing streaks and downfalls of careers like pac LOVES to do.
