I can agree with your statement to a certain extent. I feel he will have trouble with Margs pressure and great chin, it seemed in the ricky hatton fight he was a lil flustered in the beginning and had frequent problems with Rickys pressure and holding. However, Margarito doesnt hold frequently and has a way higher punch output and workrate than Hatton. In fact Margarito can attack the body much better than Hatton can.

BUT Mayweather comes prepped for EVERY style and can slowly break his opponents down nicely half way through the fight. I feel Margarito wont start cooking until 6th round. Mayweathers power is also under rated by a wide margin, in the past mayweather has had hand problems but lately he has shown his exchanging skills, like he did against Mosley and He was throwing plenty of power punches and connecting at that. Speed can hurt too and the openings Mayweather creates are just as good as pacquiao.

I think mayweather CAN formulate a plan and hold Margarito off with footwork and landing power shots where it counts. Theman does have power, Shane was wobbled by him and shanes chin is rock solid
