Just another reason to add to the mountain of reasons, of why CompuBox should not be used as a way to justify a victory.

This isn't a #toe situation. This was a real foot injury.
Hugh, May I ask why Pac wasn't able to catch up with an ancient Shane Mosley?

Marvin - Just because he was pumping out the jab doesn't mean anything special. It was not effective clean shots nor did either land substantially more.
There was no real aggressor in this round etc.
It was a preference.Last edited by nj_evoixgsr; 06-11-2012, 10:14 AM.

First, DelaHOya-Trinidad and Peterson - Khan were close fights, I don't have problem with the outcome of those fights as they could have gone either way, this is not the case with Pac-Bradley. Bradley didnt even have a dominant round, most of his "won rounds" can even be contested and could have gone either way depending on how you score rounds and which style you prefer. i.e( aggressor-counter) (volume puncher - big puncher).
Secondly I thought Pac's defence that night was good, Bradley was missing and hitting Pac's gloves all night.Originally posted by Gino Ros View PostOK... and for someone who landed 200 punches, what damage did Pac do to Bradley?
I think if Pac was swelling/cutting Bradley, or snapping Tim's head around, Manny's offense would look more convincing.
I had it a MUCH closer fight than the HBArum commentators had it. Not as wide as Brian Kenny (he had it 116-112 Bradley). But I'm fine with a draw.
Tim sweeping the championship rounds is a VERY reasonable scorecard.
I would have been cool with a draw.
Compubox needs to be revamped. Pacquaio did not land a 100 more punches than Bradley. A lot of those punches were misses or landed on Bradley arms.
For someone on PACMAN's level he is starting to look more like Amir Khan, very amateurish. He was missing a lot and his punching technique was horrible other than the straight left.
Bradley was missing punches badly also.
But down stretch Bradley looked like the Professional Fighter not PACMAN.

Fight night I thought it was a close fight I had pacman winning 7-5. Hbo was biased as usual!!! And Espn personalities just stop where was ur outcry when rios was given a gift decision. This fight decision is getting blown out of proportion cause media darling paquiao was on the short end of the stick. They didn't say **** after Marquez was robbed!!!

However, earlier today I saw Bailey vs Jones and decided to watch the last two championship rounds of Pacquiao's somewhat controversial SD loss before going out the door.
After the 2nd view, I actually gave Bradley both the 11th and 12th round - something I didn't do after the first viewing.
While Max and Lampley were talking about Manny's calves, mustache, hairstyle and other nonsensical bullcrap, Tim was actually outworking Manny and landed more shots. There was no doubt that Pacquiao landed the harder shots but he did absolutely nothing in those two last championship rounds. Tim landed jabs, right hand counters and hooks. Manny tried to steal the rounds in the last seconds but it wasn't enough.
So, so far I've given Bradley 4 rounds. I need to re-watch the whole fight again.
What are your thoughts after the 2nd viewing?

Judah is one of the slickest fighters of the last 10 years and so is Bradley.
I agree 100 %. I thought the same thing.
Totally agree. The kid wants to tell me I never saw Bradley fight when I call him slick LMAO. I seen lots of Bradley fights and he is very slick has excellent defence, brilliant handspeed and superb footwork. And on top of that he has a very high Ring IQ. Problem is that Pacquiao has the skills and handspeed to make Bradley look like an average fighter. And thats what happened.
You cant just watch the Pacquiao-Bradley fight and then say "Bradley never was sh't" just cause Pacquiao outclassed him for most of the fight.
sure buddy. that right there tells me that you are a complete joke and have zero boxing knowledge.
sure buddy. Bradley was always known as one of the best p4p fighters in the world and now suddenly Pacquiao takes him to school and you come around the corner and say Bradley never was elite? LOOOL
absolutely. Judah is one of the slickest fighters of the last decade and if someone cant see that I suggest he switches to another sport.
what a joke you are.
LOOOOOL. good stuff. do u really believe your own sh'T?
