After the 2nd view, I actually gave Bradley both the 11th and 12th round - something I didn't do after the first viewing.

While Max and Lampley were talking about Manny's calves, mustache, hairstyle and other nonsensical bullcrap, Tim was actually outworking Manny and landed more shots. There was no doubt that Pacquiao landed the harder shots but he did absolutely nothing in those two last championship rounds. Tim landed jabs, right hand counters and hooks. Manny tried to steal the rounds in the last seconds but it wasn't enough.

So, so far I've given Bradley 4 rounds. I need to re-watch the whole fight again.

What are your thoughts after the 2nd viewing?

Arum's lack of confidence in Manny's future, trying to invest in Bradley?

Maybe he feels slighted and doesn't like Manny who is not proclaiming his faith (which I share and applaud Manny for being open about).

Maybe he's working towards what he feels is the next best thing in Bradley who is young, in shape, with some personality.

Maybe he simply doesn't believe Pacman will be around that much longer and is using Pacman's name to build up another fighter.

Maybe he just wants more money.

      Either way...

I just can't see how Bradley won the fight. It doesn't make sense from a boxing scoring point of view or from a business point of view. Especially when there is so much history built between Floyd and Manny that a fight would still be big.

      Something about Arum irks me.

Uh, no, it's called boxing. He basically had Manny in a trance, either by backing up or circling to Manny's right. You all got so used to seeing people in the ring with Manny basically walking forward all fight long. Bradley didn't do that, so he was running for his life? That's garbage and I'd truly hope you'd know that. Bradley was trying to get openings to attack and by doing that, cut down Manny's workrate a ton.

This is "boxing". There is a reason that the ring is 20 feet, and not 5x5 feet.

There is a reason why good trainers teach you FOOTWORK before they focus on punching.
Well im not sure Pac had any real trouble with Bradley with Bradleys good footwork as Pac won comfortably in most peoples eyes worth their salt. Pac does find it easier with people who engage him, but he is also prepared for any eventuality.

Bradleys good footwork prevented himself getting diaz or hatooned, but you still got to fire back with things that arent just pitter patter. Punches landed on pacs guard shouldnt be scored, like they obviously were for Brad.

I'm really looking forward to the rematch. This time I don't see Bradley taking long to make his adjustments
              agree with both those passages.

tim will incur no injury (hopefully) and will fight with a taste for the occasion and some knowledge of what it's like to fight pacquiao. he'll win conclusively in the rematch.

btw, you said 1 and 2 were clear tim rounds. i agree. round 3 was also very clear for bradley, imo. pacquiao missed almost everything and bradley did scoring work as well as controlling the pace and direction of the round.

Bradley did a lot more things right than he will get credit for due to the result. I thought both men boxed well in spots. For Pac, it was one of his better technical performances. He countered well and did really good work with the right. I think he might have been a little too comfortable after building the lead. It was no 11-1 fight. It just wasn't a Bradley win either.

Pac's defense really was good, he just did not get hit as much in this fight as he normally does.

I think PAC won the fight. I'm only pointing out some things that he did or did not do to make the judges think he deserved the victory.
OK... and for someone who landed 200 punches, what damage did Pac do to Bradley?

I think if Pac was swelling/cutting Bradley, or snapping Tim's head around, Manny's offense would look more convincing.

I had it a MUCH closer fight than the HBArum commentators had it. Not as wide as Brian Kenny (he had it 116-112 Bradley). But I'm fine with a draw.

Tim sweeping the championship rounds is a VERY reasonable scorecard.

I don't know. Will finish watching the rest of the fight when I get home. But yeah, Pac did some things that impressed me--he was very crafty in there. Unfortunately, when you show your experience you often show your age as well. Thought that happened here.
