He would beat anyone at 147 not named Pacquiao or Mayweather, and all of you pretending he is a bum are fooling yourselves. He proved what I already knew against Pacquiao, he's a good fighter with a good skillset, and a lot of willpower, and he's tough. It will take elite fighters to beat him convincingly, and there are only three of those in the entire sport.

Most the people I see being hardest on Bradley are the ones who said before this fight that he is a nobody with no skill that Pacquiao would knock out.

After rewatching the fight with no sound....The judges have a point here.

I had the fight even 114-114 with 4 swing rounds.

      Hear me out..

Watching it for the first time last night I assumed Pacquiao won atleast 9 rounds but watching it again without HBO's extremely bias commentary/scorecard this was a very close fight.
Pacquiao's workrate was very very low and Bradley outworked and outboxed him half the fight.
For example the first round, apart from the 4 left hands Manny landed at the end of the round what else did he do? Bradley controlled the action. Same with round 2.

People never gave credit to Bradleys counterpunches, headmovement, a constant jab in Manny's face and general control for most of the round.
Manny's legs are gone and it was cringing to watch him just slowly plod towards Bradley, he's basically a slugger now who fights in spurts.
Whether this was attributed to Pacquiaos training camp and Alex's Arizas decision not to train Pacquiao as intensely (because of the leg cramps) or because of old age it showed in the fight bigtime.

Pacquiaos power may have given him the slight edge but alot of his shots never landed, Jim Lampley as usual assumed the punch did land but watch it carefully and you'll see alot of them didnt.
I implore you to watch it again without sound, and score it round by round. You'll be amazed how inactive Pacquiao was and how he got countered alot with quick hooks, hes merely a shadow of his former self.

Add this to the fact that Bradley was practically immobilised because of two injured feet it doesnt look good for Pacquiao in the rematch.

Finally just re-watched the fight (on an overseas station that I couldn't understand) and here is how I have it:

        1. Pac
        2. Bradley
        3. Pac
        4. Pac
        5. Pac
        6. Pac
        7. Pac
        8. Pac
        9. Bradley
        10. Bradley
        11. Bradley
        12. Bradley

        Total: 115-113 Pac

The fight WAS closer than I initially had it but Pac still clearly won. The rounds where close but Pac landed more, threw more and had the higher %. How Bradley won is beyond me especially when JMM completely schooled Pac last year and lost by a UD. I had that fight a draw and won't dispute the outcome, I only question the outcome because JMM "beat" Pac more than Bradley did and still lost.

This tells me that Bob Arum has his hands wrapped around the sport pretty tightly. At the end of the day Bob is getting another in house Top Rank fight where he controls the money. Which yet again has nothing to do with giving the fans the fight they want...

However I hope Bradley's ankles will keep him from a rematch in November as I want to hear Bob's excuse as to why he doesn't want to make the Mayweather fight.

this proves bradley is a C level fighter that belongs fighting C level fights..... whatever fan base he had, he just lost with that sorry ass performance, he was gassed out halfway through and running away like mosley
Yeah, I don't think you watched the fight. If anyone ran out of gas halfway through it was Pacquiao. Bradley never ran, and he fought his best in the last three rounds.

Yea not many shots landed. Its just that even if pacquiao threw a jab the crowd would erupt.

JMM won in my eyes as well but at least it was a fight. What he judges were watching, I have no idea.

Don't think boxing won't be done because we cant take many more of these types of flagrant fixes. Boxing already is seen by many as a corrupt sport and this just justifies it even more.

I'm telling you guys, whether your a fan of Bradley, hate Pac it makes no difference, this is not GOOD for boxing. It's killing it as we speak.
I thought it was already dead hence the R.I.P thread you just made? What a dumbass. Hop off Boxing if you think this was wrong and the Marquez one wasn't or that this one is more important. Perhaps decisions like this can get rid of weak ass fans like you. What a bunch of idiots complaining on this site. I'm going to take a break and wait until this dies down whenthe trolls/idiots finally disappear.

Bradley won rounds 10 and 12, and the 1st and 9th were close. I don't see how Bradley could have won more than 4 rounds at the most.

But I agree that HBO, mainly Lampley, was all over Pac's nuts. In the May-Cotto fight, when Cotto took rounds 6 and 8, and when the 5th was competitive and the 9th was close, Lampley said Floyd lost 4 rounds in a row, and by the 12th he said the fight was up in the air, and it wasn't. Lampley is clearly Pro-Manny, and he doesn't really hide it as much as he probably thinks he does. He should try though, he's an announcer after all.

As we learned last night, heart and determination can only take you so far. When you fight on the elite level, you got to be polished well rounded boxer that can adjust on the fly. That's why I don't think he's one of the best pound for pound fighters in the world today. But with his drive, he has the ability to possibly upset fighters that are on that list.

I don't feel he won the fight last night, but fixing and corruption speculation aside, he worked hard, dug deep and did what he had to do to earn a decision on two of the judges scorecards. Congratulations to him and he's going to have an opportunity to prove himself again in November.
