I think he looked a bit lethargic in there, but his skills were still intact. He just didn't seem to be fighting with much urgency. Once he hurt Bradley in the first round, he fought the rest of the rounds the same way.
Pacquiao threw 100 less punches than the third Marquez fight, only 498. Against Cotto he threw 780, Mosley 727, Margarito 713. Being less active than usual really cost him

Bradley initiated all the action and out classed Pac completely in 9-12.
All Pac did was cover up and land the left which was not as effective as people thought is was.
