Personally, I don't care what anyone says.

This fight holds no legacy value for Manny Pacquiao. It only holds upward mobility for Tim Bradley on the P4P lists.

Tim Bradley has the numbers for a contender, but not the experience or proven past.

If Mayweather were to move down and fight Gamboa, no one would give him credit. No one would give Mayweather if Gamboa moved up to 147 either.

Cong**** to Bradley for getting the biggest money he's ever made, but like it or not this is a step down in competition for Pacquiao who was supposedly #1 at WW after having fought 5th ranked guys with name recognition.

The Top Rank house of cards is falling apart .. and its everything that pacfans can do by exaggerating Bradley's importance and skill level.

The problem is that even if Pacquiao kept up with his copycat ways and fought Ortiz next, he most certainly would not have let Ortiz come in at the weight in which Victor weighed for Floyd. Yet his fans would definitely make comparisons between his and Floyd's performances despite the obvious discrepancies. There should be no reason to stipulate weight if Pacquiao was EVER the warrior that his fans claim him to be.

Most recently, Pacquiao requested that Cotto drain down for yet another catchweight for Pacquiao. When Cotto refused, he was automatically no longer a viable candidate.

        What does that tell you?

How can pacfans continue to hide behind the idea that Pacquiao's legacy above 135lbs is legitimate even after the BLATANT pattern he himself has demonstrated?

Its sad .. like watching a kid find out for the first time that his Dad is not really the toughest or strongest guy in the world after watching his Dad get beat up in a fight with the man who drives the ice cream truck.

One can only wonder what they will do once Manny leaves boxing.

Ha ha, holds no legacy value? Bradley is unbeaten and the best in his division, so how can he not be as good a legacy fight as Gatti, or Corrales or hernandez was for FLoyd?

            Get outta here dude.

              any other questions?
besides his HUGE advantage in power (bradley has about as much power as the great paulie malignaggi), he is much faster, much more accurate, uses angles better...want more?

pac throws sharp straight punches, bradley throws wide wild punches.

i will break this fight down. early rounds, bradley will play it safe like he always does (they said this would be the strat even in the faceoff), he will try to fight like marquez did and counter pac. he will do alright with this, but he is no marquez and he will not be as effective and will be losing the rounds due to pac being more active and landing more.

after 3-4 rounds of this, bradley switches his gameplan and tries to bullrush pac head first with wide flurries. pac catches bradley with shots right through the middle and upper cuts like he did Cotto when he got wild, Bradley hits the canvas once or twice but doesn't run because he has a lot of heart and will.

joel diaz or the ref will save him from taking a career ending beatdown.

              any other questions?

Ah so now the unbeaten means a lot with Bradley , when do you think Holt and Witter make the HOF lol, your such a biased fanboy !.

Bradley has not fought an elite fighter yet !! this fight will show if Bradley makes the grade , right now so far he is not in it !

So is Gamboa but if Mayweather fought him right now it would hold ABSOLUTELY NO LEGACY VALUE FOR HIM.

The weight disparagement takes away from any real value other than win.

The same goes for Marquez. Marquez wasn't a legacy win for Mayweather. It was an exhibition. Even if Floyd had made weight, the disparagement was too great for anyone to think that Marquez had any real chance against the world's current greatest talent since Roy Jones.

You and peasant fans like you are simply obsessed with names and not the quality that comes with them. You have no idea of how to measure the value of a win. Its simply who a guy fought and THAT'S IT in your mind.

If that were the case, Amir Khan could go up right now and face Canelo. I personally think that would be a great fight. If Canelo beat him would he hold legacy value? No it wouldn't. People want to see champions take care of business in their own yard or move up, not down.

                  When you peasant understand that?

Bradley is highly rated cos people have seen what he can do, are impressed with what he has done, and can do, and what he might do against Pac. People expect him to give the no1 p4p fighter a very tough fight.

So if Pac beats Bradley of course it will add to Pacs resume. The whole resume is looked at at the peak years of a fighter, so why shouldnt Bradley add to Pacs resume? Of course it does silly billy.
