He did not and has not agreed to no limit random drug testing. He has not signed the contract confirming that.

When the media announces that the contract is signed by both parties, then we can perhaps sit back and watch the fight unfold.

This interview were done a day before the Margarito fight and it came from Manny himself. And Manny was referring to the concession that he passed through Ross Greenburg in the 2nd negotiation that was not revealed to the public until now...

Floyd is the one not willing to compromise on the tests he is requesting his opponent; who doesnt not even need to take the test in the first place, who doesnt have one single shred of steroid evidence against him.
