In fairness, I think Floyd should lighten up in interviews and go with the flow.
But I sense he believes he'll just open up a can of worms with a series of the same questions he's already answered which nobody will be satisfied with anyway, no matter what he says.

His only concern is that the contract is signed to make the fight happen.
Random OST was written into the contract since 2009. Arum (Manny's rep and mouthpiece) wants to dictate how USADA conducts their testing. That's the bottom line.

Floyd is who he is. He's just about making big money fights and performing for the fans.

I like individuality....and he's got his own. But he shouldn't expect "LOVE" from the public with the way he disrespect the sport and the fans - and much less, he shouldn't be jealous of the fans around the world (And the Good Ole' USA) following Manny.

The only way is to prove it on the ring...

I think we can exclude that based on how he views his current stock of fans.

I'm still a little weary on if blood testing is the one and only thing holding up this fight. It such a remedial thing to overcome and if it is Pacquiao holding up the fight because of blood testing, I'm sure there's more people outside of both camps who can vouch for that notion, but we really aren't seeing that, not even much from the Mayweather camp, who according to them a blood test is all it takes. I'm just not 100% sold on that.

If you've been following the negotiations closely since they started, you would have a much better understanding of Floyd's position.

Mosley, to his credit, didn't have the team speaking for him and the ensuing drama following the request for random drug testing. Mosley said "Ok. Let's make it happen." and the fight was made with no drama, no fanfair, and more importantly NO EXCUSES.

Ask Yourself:

Why would Floyd, who's never tested positive for drugs himself be willing to submit to Olympic Style Testing??? And how did the fight between him and Mosley get signed and delivered so quickly inlcuding Olympic Style Testing???

That's the question Pacquiao fans choose to ignore repeatedly.

As a fighter you don't need OST. I smell coward if a fighter request a special test. Floyd did say he can beat Pacquiao easy so why its hard for him to fight Pacquiao and let the boxing commsion do their job. Floyd commision don't run boxing and Pacquiao is not Floyd puppet... Simple as that. If Floyd wants OST test then all boxing fight must have OST for now on...

Why should pacquiao, who is arguably the bigger star, face of boxing, p4p 1#, has the title in the division they are gonna fight,

NOT ONLY DOES PAC DOES NOT HAVE TO BOW DOWN TO FLOYD, BUT HE HAS ALREADY AGREED TO MUCH MORE EXTENSIVE TESTING THAT HIS SPORT REQUIRES.

Floyd is the one not willing to compromise on the tests he is requesting his opponent; who doesnt not even need to take the test in the first place, who doesnt have one single shred of steroid evidence against him.

Pac has more than compromised & is willing to meet floyd halfway on the testing. Its floyd with a take it or leave it, my way or the highway ultimatum.

My own personal belief is he's aware of how Arum's been pulling the strings for Manny which adds to the already failed negotiations especially since he's been involved with Arum in the past as 'business partners'.

The fact that the contract, which included (in writing) random drug testing to make the fight happen, has not been signed by Manny is more than telling about who's avoiding the fight.

And I agree, the best way to prove it is in the ring.

However without the signatures on the contract sealing the deal, it's just more heresy and speculation.
