Why could't Floyd just fight Pac instead of making up theses accusations? Now it backfired on him and he looks like a coward. Terrible.

Again this shows how much much Pac really wants the fight he could have proved he is not a drugs cheat the honorable way , he would rather sue them than take a test and fight them in the ring ,,, what a plastic wuss Pac has turned into .
Seriously, if you don't know anything about the legal system and how it functions, don't pontificate like you do.

Originally posted by hillbilly View PostPacquiao actually has a decent case. Not great, but decent. And, Petrocelli, his attorney, is damned good. I've had cases against his firm O'Melveny & Myers many times before. Mayweather and Co., should be concerned. Floyd's dad has clearly made statements that Pacquiao was on roids. Floyd Jr. has strongly implied it (like in his Rugged Man interview talking about how the "Philippines have the best steroids"--what a joke, by the way).
You clearly don't know anything about the legal system--"more money for the court"--what does that mean? Courts don't get paid by the hour or by a percentage of a claim. After the case is filed, the only fees the court collects are ministerial (like for filing a motion). They are very small.
Defamation cases are hard to win, especially if you are celebrity. However, Floyd and company were complete idiots about what they said and their motiviations were clearly malicious, so Pacquiao has a chance.

Thanks a lot Manny.
This clearly shows who's ducking the fight.
Why would he continue the lawsuit with the hopes that he would be facing Mayweather in the future?
I'm pissed at Pac over this garbage.
