I think because he momentarily lost control of his legs because of the punch, so he fell in an awkward way and twisted his right leg.

Does anyone have a pic or gif, so I can put this wonderful KO in my sig?

Just watched the fight again and it was a very feeling out round with Solis landing two or three clean shots and he is lucky Vitali did not land with a flush shot. Because who knew Solis had a glass head?

The so-called "KO punch" did...no...damage. What is this, some Kung Fu movie, where the "master" lands a mysterious, mystical punch that turns his opponent to jelly? Solis either threw the fight or really hurt his leg. Either way, he embarrassed himself.
He didn't do a perfect 'bambi on ice' rendition for nothing. The Klitschko's have this kind of power. See the Wladimir-Chambers fight for another reference. Peace.
