Quintana disappeared to Puerto Rico and wasn't all crazy about the trilogy. Telling some Spanish outlets that he wants a 3rd fight with Williams is different than actually calling him out in a post fight, ESPN, HBO or something.

Plus, i'd like to actually see this call-out? When did it happen, I mean i'm here almost every day and I never saw:

I could see it if he convincingly won, wouldn't mind seeing it if he looks good in a couple fights but don't think Paul necessarily deserves it because the score isn't really even due to how the fights played out.....in fact its very lopsided in Sergio's favor.

True, but also take into consideration the fact that Sergio has no great fights for him this summer. If something better pops up then by all means take it. But right now a Paul Williams trilogy would be far and away better then a Peter Manfredo stay busy fight .

Good to hear from PWill. I was cheering for him before the whole Sergio knockout thing. He was actually next in line for a Pacquiao fight but the lost happened. Williams will look good at 154lbs and probably 160lbs. He can put on more muscle training to gain more strength in his punches. What people don't realize he had to drain himself a lot for the Welterweight division which in turn he lost a lot of strength. Sergio showed that he is strong in both Middleweight and Super Welterweight not in Welterweight too much weight drained.

The Junior Middleweight and Middleweight are looking more and more interesting because there are a lot of good and great boxers in the divisions. Not like the Heavyweight, you only got the Klitchos and Haye after them who else?

And I actually want to see Chavez Jr. vs Williams. I think Williams will run circles around Chavez and jab him to defeat. Or a rematch with Sergio, Williams knows how to win against him and I think he'll be smart. I hope he doesn't turn too defensive. I've seen too many boxers who gets KO'ed that their next fight they turn too defensive. Daniel Ponce De Leon is a good example after his KO lose to JuanMa he was never the same too much defense not enough offense game. What PWill should do is not let Martinez bully him in the ring. Stay focus like Cotto who stayed focus the whole time against Mayorga not letting get caught up in the hype and brawl fight. It looks ugly but a win is a win like what Floyd said. Use your jab, it was very effective to everyone you fought it stings and it hurts them.

I have a lot to disagree with regarding this post. First off, I never heard that Paul Williams was ever being considered as an opponent for Pacquiao. Do you have any kind of link to verify this from Pacquiao's Team...

Secondly, Daniel Ponce De Leon took the fight to Boner (er, I mean Broner) and tried to brawl with him and virtually got robbed of a good victory. He may have looked gunshy right after Juanma but he fought like a come forward brawler in his last fight...

And lastly, P-Will needs to learn some defense or he will get KTFO again vs. Martinez. You are right he needs to throw the jab but not as a range finder like he normally does, but actually shoot it with power and then bring it right back. His problem is he doesn't bring his arms back quick enough and leaves himself wide open. He will never become a defensive specialist since he is more of an offensive fighter, but he needs to learn some defense or he will never beat Martinez again...

paul needs other fights before facing sergio again. but i know sergio wont get another KO like that, i think he'll stop him this time. the 1st fight was close, i thought sergio did enough to win. it is what it is, i think they should move on, sergio has other fighters to fight before his time in the ring is up. i like paul, but he needs to work on his defense and use his height to his advantage, hopefully he learns how to in his next fights. i wouldn't mind seeing a trilogy, but i would rather see paul take on other fighters as well as sergio doing the same...damn, what do you guys think about williams/angulo? or williams/vanes? i think paul should focus his career on good fighters at 154 while sergio looks for names

He had a close fight with Sergio in 09, got KO'd by Sergio in 10, and wants to fight the very same guy who KO'd him in 11. That my friends is a gotdamn warrior.

You all cried like a biitch when ya'll heard he was goin back down to 147. The man just sat up here and said that he is staying at 154 and 160. THAT's what the **** ya'll cried for, and thats what he's giving us. But ya'll come on this hoe whining about how he aint give Quintana a rematch, so he dont deserve one with Sergio????????? After Berto dispatched Carlos, alot of jokers on here was downing Berto for even getting in the ring with him. And wanted to completely disregard the fact that Quintana was worthy of being Berto's opponent. Is the hate for Berto that bad(I do remember quite a few folks on here before the Berto/Quintana fight, sayin Carlos was gonna expose the hype job, like he did the Williams hypejob........***** didnt happen, then all of a sudden Quintana was never all that good to begin with and Berto needs to step up)?

So now it's oh Paul aint give Quintana a rematch so he doesn't deserve to take on the hardest challenge of his career, and the #2 P4P fighter(Thats right I got Floyd at 3 for inactivity, and after May 1st, I'll be taking him off until he makes a significant return to the ring).

So really who is an acceptable opponent for Paul now? Cintron(Aint he tryin to go to 147 to fight Berto, I dont see no hate for that *****)?????? Really who do ya'll wanna match him up with Dzinzurik???? Right, then it'll be he's fighting Sergio's leftovers or Dzinzurik is coming off of a loss, so Paul's cherry picking. Who do ya'll want this young man to fight??????? How many other fighters do we have at 154-160 that would get blown out like how Paul got, and then come back and ask for a shot at the fella who did it to him?

Bottomline, on this long ass rant is this....................Quit Hatin on Paul, he's givin ya'll EXACTLY what the **** ya'll asked for!!!!!!! He's stayin at 154 and wants the best of 154 and 160.
