Martinez should just bite the bullet and fight Williams at 154 in July and stay there permanently. There's no one else available at the moment for Martinez anyway. Then Cotto will pretty much have no choice but to fight him. In addition, he'll be more likely to land a Mayweather and Pacquiao fight at a lower weight.

I think Paul Williams should get a couple solid wins under his belt before considering get back in the ring with Martinez. He also needs to learn how to move side to side and bring his hands back quickly after he throws to protect his chin. I always said Mayweather should have fought him because P-Will was always there to be countered and although Mayweather probably wouldn't have KO'd him, he would have schooled him easily. But now that Williams has been exposed, Mayweather wouldn't get nowheres near the credit if he would have got to him before Martinez. I look at the Quintana fight as an abberation, and he proved it in his annihilation of him in the rematch. And then when Quintana lost to Berto, all hope of a third fight was gone. I believe if Williams can get a solid wins under his belt, however, he would have earned the rematch but he better shore up his defense otherwise the same thing will happen again...

Good to hear from PWill. I was cheering for him before the whole Sergio knockout thing. He was actually next in line for a Pacquiao fight but the lost happened. Williams will look good at 154lbs and probably 160lbs. He can put on more muscle training to gain more strength in his punches. What people don't realize he had to drain himself a lot for the Welterweight division which in turn he lost a lot of strength. Sergio showed that he is strong in both Middleweight and Super Welterweight not in Welterweight too much weight drained.

The Junior Middleweight and Middleweight are looking more and more interesting because there are a lot of good and great boxers in the divisions. Not like the Heavyweight, you only got the Klitchos and Haye after them who else?

And I actually want to see Chavez Jr. vs Williams. I think Williams will run circles around Chavez and jab him to defeat. Or a rematch with Sergio, Williams knows how to win against him and I think he'll be smart. I hope he doesn't turn too defensive. I've seen too many boxers who gets KO'ed that their next fight they turn too defensive. Daniel Ponce De Leon is a good example after his KO lose to JuanMa he was never the same too much defense not enough offense game. What PWill should do is not let Martinez bully him in the ring. Stay focus like Cotto who stayed focus the whole time against Mayorga not letting get caught up in the hype and brawl fight. It looks ugly but a win is a win like what Floyd said. Use your jab, it was very effective to everyone you fought it stings and it hurts them.

                    Bring it.

***y will beat him for the 3rd time.

1 close decision on short notice. 1 brutally quick knock out. This time, lets systematically beat him down to complete the set.

Oh and when is Paul giving Quintana his rubber match?

We need to see how Paul reacts to the brutal KO and how it's effected him before the triology.
