It's easier to spell Pinoy than Guatemalan.

We'll petition the politicos here 15 years from now that Donaire be appointed boxing ambassador to Guatemala. Then buy him a map.

Now that he's winning, i guess its all good?

          You pinoys dont deserve donaire.
err... the media doesn't necessarily represent the attitudes of the entire nation. And not everyone in the media vilified donaire.

its like saying fox new represents the sentiment of all Americans. that's rather foolish.

I heard of Donaire when a Pinoy in here mentioned him and showed a link to his fight before the Darchinyan fight. I became a fan of him after he KO'ed Vic. Since then, i have been watching his fights and even bought a ppv just to watch him. The only fight i miss was when he fought Mthalne or whatever you spell it.

To be honest, i didn't like it when Nonito mentioned his father. And he let HBO do that segment before the fight. He knows how Filipino holds the value of family. I hope him and his father amends soon.

I'm riding with Rios winning a very close(maybe controversial) decision in a very entertaining perhaps FOTY candidate.

it's called cultural differences bitch. with western people, by the time you reach 18 years old you have to go independent and live on your own. if you wanna stay in your parent's house you gotta pay for rent and food. that's not the case in the Philippines but i'll will not explain it further to you because you're a moron and you won't understand it anyway.

likewise, don't judge an entire race just because of the behavior of their media.

you got no moral ground to say that...you just judged pinoys over a piece of media article. you're pathetic.
