In Margarito's lone significant jr middleweight fight, he was TKO'd by Daniel Santos. That's what proved his worth for Pac's dip in that "division."

Guys, you have to be patient. Pacquiao is simply cleaning up the welterweight division. After Mosley, Berto will be next if Mayweather is still not available. Berto, on the otherhand, needs to widen his fanbase.

Marquez is a good retirement fight for Pacquiao. It's a nice fight to finish off his career. But at the moment, he's not retiring yet.

Naw I believe that was Harold Letterman, him and Lampley are the only sensible guys on the HBO Team. I would even say that Roy Jones is very honest in his assessments of these fights and the fighters involved. Kellermen is good but he flip flops just like Steward. Merchants is just disgusting and I cant wait until he retires from the broadcast team.

Ironically, a couple weeks ago, the Pacwh*res were making this same arguement to excuse why JMM should fight Pac at 147. Now, he's too big for JMM. My how times have changed.

larry put pac on his top 10 p4p list back in 2001 , 2 years BEFORE pac even fought barrera.

larry fell in love with pac after the ledwaba fight on the delahoya-castillejo undercard.

that's why after that fight , pac became an hbo fighter.

sanchez , barrera , marquez..... all were hbo fights. pac was also hbo's choice to showcase in the hbo/showtime co-promotion for lewis-tyson.

Mosley would murk JMM. between the 2 mosley is the tougher fight. JMM has yet to prove he can carry the weight above 135 lbs.

mosley/berto is a 50/50 fight, so either guy is ok, but I prefer pac to fight berto over mosley. however berto can't draw flies to *****, so I can understand why they picked mosley even though I don't like that fight.

Anybody stepping in the ring with someone else looking to hit you is considered "dangerous". Its just as you get older, its less and less likely.

Berto IS just as dangerous. In fact he's so dangerous he's the WBC undefeated WW Champion that's coming off a KO victory. That's more deserving than Clottey, Margarito and Mosley combined.

The fact that Berto is young will make it interesting. We ALL know after the first few rounds of Mosley looking for a shot that isn't there he will fade. He's 40 years old and hasn't won a fight in 2 years. Pac will fight for 24 rounds, we know Mosley wont be "dangerous" for more than 3 rounds. But Mosley being "Dangerous"? Yes, every time anyone steps in the ring to "fight" it is dangerous. So yeah, Mosley as a fighter throwing punches is dangerous.

I think Shane is dangerous because he can punch and has speed, plus he doesnt mind exchanging and will look for the KO.
I dont think SSM is just any fighter throwing punches. But i agree Berto is just as dangerous, as he is fast and hits hard.

If Marg could hurt Pac, i think Shane could. Not sure if he can sustain the pressure, but his speed is a big factor.


I think he is better than Marg, just as tough, and better boxer. So it could be interesting.
