What a P4P joke Manny is, he demands that the 37yo midget Marquez go up two divisions to WW, but he won't defend his title against a genuine JMW.

Sounds like a great idea to me, if we gotta sit through pac mosley at least we'll have something to look forward to. I still think jmm would get slaughtered, but hey, **** it. If he can't get passed berto it would be clear as day he don't belong in the ring with pac anywhere above 135 so that will be that.

Think about it, you want to tell me Arum and his goons didn't know that Berto is unproven or Marquez is unproven at Welter before they toss their names in that ****** pool pot with Mosley then only to come now and they these guys are unproven? What many guys on this thread are saying is they respect Manny's skills but NOT his opposition selection and the lame excuses that are coming from him and his people. What should have been done was have JMM vs Pac III at 140lbs so they could settle the score, answer many critics questions and make the most money. Because if we think logically and without bias this fight would have sold best. Mexicans, Filipinos, hardcore boxing fans, Pacmonkeys, and of course the mainstream people (b/c they know there is a history between the two AND they buy any Manny fight) all would gave bought this fight. ESPECIALLY with some good promoting as is the case for any Manny fight, they sold Clottey and Margarito they can definitely sell JMM vs Pac III.

when was bob arum never been about the money? Mosely makes money with pac. Margarito made money for arum against pac. So did cotto.. Clottey ?...well arum owns both so that made money for arum and pac. Marquez? pac fought him twice did around 200k- 300k buys. Now marquez wants 5million dollars and part of the ppv. On top of that marquez is owned by GOLDEN BOY. Where is the inconsistency by b.arum?

But that doesnt mean that marquez vs pacquiao wouldnt be a great fight. As you know styles makes fights. Ive said this to my friends that marquez would give pacquiao a tougher fight than mayweather would. Ive always said that a counter puncher can beat pacquiao but thats not floyd. Floyd is the best counter puncher in the business but he doesnt risk. And the most effective counter punch against pacquiao is during exchanges. That why marquez gives him problems. Because he is a good counter puncher and has ballz. Floyd is like 10x faster than marquez and has way more skillz than marquez but that dont mean **** against pac. pac will be all over him cuz mayweather will be too defensive. And that point system will favor manny against mayweather cuz he will be too busy. And if you ever study pacquiao he can penetrate thos defensive guards his speed/velocity and pinpoint accuracy. Im telling you his punches will take its toll specially to the body.
