If he's too little to fight at 154, they shouldn't promote him as an 8 division world champion. PERROID!!!!!!!!!
i dont call him 8 divison world champion. But then that is why Arum are promoters and we are fans. Because i till this day dont count that bull**** belt. **** WBC for that. I basically count the margarito fight as a 147 fight since that is bascially what is is.

Again Martinez after the fight against Paul williams said that fight will not happen because pacquaio is too little and he is too big and brought up how pacqauio is at his limit and couldnt make 150.

Also arum better not make this mosley vs pacquaio fight and i hope pacquaio and his team turn that **** down

I agree manny needs to fight a top guy,jmm looked very good and even he is a step up from mosley at this point. a mosley fight is an insult to fans and even mosley, marquez has at least been winning and looke dsharp on saturday, if pac must fight an old dude it should be jmm. and even thats a fight nobody wants

Marquez didn't look good to me. Sure his combinations and footwork are breathtaking but wtf, he eats punches like m&ms these days. It was Michael Katsidis in there. I wasn't quite blown away. I see an older fighter who is still formidable offensively but cannot compete against the elite at 140 or 147 and would certainly get manhandled by the world's best fighter. I can't even believe his name is coming up. I honestly don't know if he's better or worse than Shane but I don't see why I'm supposed to decide between the two. There are other people out there.

Hatton - same as above but just one weight class

oscar & mitchell - one fight away from being KO'd by nard & tszyu. if you criticize pac for fight cotto and hatton after gettin KO'd then the same rules apply here.

zab - coming off a LOSS.

my point is you can pick on ANYONES resume and all things you pick on pac about you use against floyd.
First off, who the hell considers Judah, Mitchell, or even de la Hoya signature wins for Mayweather?

And like I said, you can dismiss his win over JMM all you want. But as I said, Duran moved from lightweight to welterweight to beat Leonard. Mosley went from lightweigh to welterweight to beat de la Hoya. Henry Armstrong held the featherweight, lightweight, and welterweight titles simultaneously. JMM is a great lightweight. Money is a great welterweght. That fight has happen throughout boxing history. And let's not forget that Money was coming off a two year layoff and basically used the #2 P4P fighter in the world and guy who most thought had beaten Pac the year before and treated him as a tune-up. Impressive.

As for Hatton, like I said, he and Mayweather started fighting at the same time. And while Hatton is a career 140, Money started at 130. So unless Mayweather hit puberty in his 30s, he's not that much naturally bigger than Hatton, if at all. Mayweather-Hatton was this eras version of Whitaker-Chavez where in the prefight buildup, the guy moving up in weight was thought to be the naturally bigger, stronger guy.

            What's good for the goose!

I'm tired of the double standard. Mayweather started this only will fight the top draw vs the best fighter available. AND he got crapped on. Now that Arum is doing with Pacquiao no one is saying ****!!! Hold Mr. "I'll fight whoevver my promoter puts in front of me" accountable.

I've been picking over Pacquiao because I never thought
he was that great of a fighter. Good to very good but only
against people that he has a speed and weight advantage
over. The fact that Pac has been avoiding technical boxers
since Juan Manuel Maruez. I always manned up and gave Pac
his props when he did what I thought he couldn't. Am sure
that is something you could never do for any other fighter
except Pac. I was just making a joke about Pac. Don't know
if he is on roids for sure but only time will tell what's going on
behind the scenes if anything but Pac does have a big lego
block head. I would prefer to see JMM or Berto over Mosley
at this point. If Pac was smart he would try to put to silence
the controversy between him and JMM OR defeating a prime
undefeated fighter with a title. Those are definitely defining
wins for Pac's legacy but instead he opts to fight a man Floyd
dominated. Pac didn't even want to fight Shane when he was
the #1 WW in the world because his belove trainer Freddie Roach
said Shane was too good. Now after Floyd/Mora and no more
Golden Boy, he is the best opponent for Pac? Pac is a fraud
built up to be the best fighter in the world.

Arum made the fight watching public and HBO swallow the glass of diarrhoea that was the Margarito fight like it was milk. Basically because everyone loves to watch a Manny fight.

He'll do it again with Shane when it is not the fight the fans want.

I want Berto because the 147 weight division must be unified by Manny Pacquiao and in order to do that Manny has to fight all the belt holders in that division.

I stand by my stance. When you try and fraud the public, you raise expectations. When Mayweather beat de la Hoya for a crap belt at 154. Had Jermain Taylor (the then middleweight champ) called Money out at 154 and Money said, "I'm too little", it would have been a b*tch move. And its not about whether you, I, or anyone consider Pac an 8 divison champ. That's what he's promoted as. Personally, I don't count his titles at 122, lightweight, welterweight, or 154. But that's my personal opinion. But my opinion doesn't matter. The masses see him as an 8 division champ. The biggest fight that avaiable to him now is in a division where he's currently champ. Therefore, he needs to fight the fight. If he gets his ass kicked, so be it.

the thing is the only fight that pacquaio can make without any criticism is Floyd. Vs martinez(catch-weight excuse), Marquez(too small), Berto(never fought a top 5 welterweight and don't what an elite fighter is), Bradley(featherfisted), Cotto(been there done that).Really at the end of the day, i notice is if floyd or pacquaio dont fight martinez or eachother that it would be considered a cherry pick to the fans when realistic there is nobody in their level and the only way we can see them being challenge is to fight against fighter that is clearly too big for them.
