I agree. But, I think that people should be able to seperate PR from reality. And the reality is, Team Pacquaio has put a lot more effort into making the public believe that Mayweather is ducking Pac than genuine effort in making the fight happen. That's the only thing I have a problem with.

Hell, I'm a Mayweather fan and I wouldn't want to hang out with him because of the way he conducts himself publically. But that has absolutely nothing to do with what he's done in the boxing ring. And most interested parties seem unable or unwilling to seperate the two.

That's not a bad thing in my view, it's good for boxing. The core of every classic battle is good vs evil, and Pac and Floyd embody (publicly) the two separate archetypes. That makes for high drama and emotional investment by fans, which is one of the main reason Pac-Floyd is in such high demand. Let's be honest, Floyd's style and in-ring performances aren't the reason people pay to see him. It's the whole 'Money' persona he constructed to sell tickets, and it's worked beautifully.

Yes, but all people who ridicule his opponents over the years. All those who are placing the blame solely on him or the Pacquaio fight not happening. All that is total nonsense. I mean let's be honest. Basically everyone Mayweather has fought in the last several years has been either at the top of the P4P list or the top of a division, yet he's criticized. And for the Pacquaio situation. At the core of the drama, this fight has taken on 100% soap opera mode because Pac and his team have acted such asses regarding the USADA testing. I know several people who are not as emotionally invested as most that are irratated with Mayweather's inactivity. That said, he isn't doing anything outta the norm when it comes to what he's done in his comeback. I mean, he fought once in 2008, once in 2009, and says he's coming back and fighting next year. I mean, all the "he's ducking Pacquaio" crap is stemming from him not fighting him this year. He's only been fightign once a year. If he doesn't fight him next year, then the ducking rumors will have a little relevance. But IMO its very dumb that this thing has taken on the life its taking on and Mayweathr isn't doing anything outta the norm.

BTW, if Pac simply agrees to the USADA testing, which is holdign up the ifght according to Money, and Money still doesn't fight him, I'll be on the duck bandwagon with everyone else. But until then, I look at it as being a situation where neither side is genuinely trying to make the fight happen and place blame on both.

100% correct no one is ducking no one these guys have being fighting their whole lives but now is the time to duck ...yeah right..well hopefully this fight happens next year but if it doesnt i dont care either boxing wont die becuz of these two their r still fighters who r coming up to keep boxing alive and well..and that being said who would u like to see PAC fight?

I understand what you're saying (missed Mark) but you miss my point, maybe if I put it like this.

Boxing in a whole is getting screwed up cuz it's not about who's next in line. It's about no risk = B$G rewards. When match making they don't look at rankings anymore. They (promoters) look at the swelling of there wallets.

With that being said, I don't think they look at the opponents and say NO he's black we can't fight him. This is how B-Hop is coming across.
