hmmm where to start lol. 1st off that 14 day proposal that Manny agreed to was taken off the table as soon as Manny Pacquiao turned it down back in January. Mayweather even said this in a statment to espn which they aired over and over. I guess you didn't see it huh? 2nd Cotto is no longer a quality opponent not since after his plaster beating. Margarito was never a quality opponent and we now know how he was winning his fights. But i'm puzzled why you would bring up williams and martinez when you know manny will go nowhere near them. The fact is, no one in the WW is a good match-up for Pac except for Floyd. Mosley, aside from being left-over, his age started taking it's tool after showing how he gassed-out from Floyd. His wins agaisnt Margarito is just nothing, because he was not the same as vicious Margarito when he beat Cotto with or without that padded gloves. He was apparently disturbed knowing that he will face serious consequences and his career might ends-up after he was caught of that plaster of Paris on his wraps. Pac vs Mayweather is simple. Mayweather wants the fight but with random drug test up to the fight. And Pac wants the fight but without RANDOM drug test and a cutoff date. Nothing more nothing less. It seems you have in contact with those concerned parties judging on what you are saying. But for me, i am just basing my opinion on what i read. As far as I know, after the second failed negotiations, Pac camp denounced Floyd by playing unaware on the negotiations, to which the Pac camp gave-in to Floyd erstwhile demands including that of blood testing style to be used. The problem is, Floyd is checked-mate that's why he could not even offer sensible excuse of not facing Pac. We don't hear Floyd or his camp denying that Pac did not agree still to his term on blood testing.. but seem's you know that this was not met! At this point there are no decent afro american fighters around pac's division, all are overatted and nothing but hype jobs.
