Manny Pacquiao already made history without Margarito. Margarito is only an icing on the cake. No other foreign boxer has been named, with all the American writers' biases against non-american fighters, as P4P #1 in boxing. He is already an all time great. Even he reitres now without fighting the coward Mayweather or the cheater Margarito it won't mean a thing.

if you consider a catchweight fight thats been mutually agreed upon as cheating, what do you call floyd's catchweight fight w/ jmm where he didnt even make weight?

There is a thing called weight classes guys. Just because an agreement is made for a fighter to fight at a lighter weight than the actual limit of the weightclass, doesnt mean it shouldnt be a title fight as long as both fighters are fighting within the weightclass bracket.
Weight limits apply to a weight class. The limit for Jr Middleweight is 154,not 150. No matter how you try to spin it with ridiculous semantics. The only division without a limit is the heavyweight division.
