Hmm, for a thread with a video short of baiting Floyd fans, this thread is actually civil. i hope it stays that way.

True, whoever is the draw does get to dictate, just like DLH did in his time, or SRL. Ok, i concede that it was an issue, but it wasn't such a big deal to bea dealbreaker to Cotto, it just meant that he had to start training earlier. Besides, looking at Cotto's composition, he looks like he could shed a pound without getting squeezed dry unlike DLH or EM.
And, this board could be civil as long as the extremes (aka *****s and *******s) tone it down.

ahhh pac-cotto catchweight fight again lol. some people are fond or pointing out "facts" in their arguments but they failed to realize that the more important thing is how you interpret facts. pac fought cotto at 145 therefore pac is a *****...duh? that argument is as ****** as it gets. as a pacfan, when i learned that pac will fight cotto at 145 i had big doubts that pac can beat cotto even putting into consideration that cotto will be a little weight drained. i know a lot of people shared the same thoughts and expectations before the fight and some of them are even haters. if i ever gave pac a chance to win, it should only be close. not in my wildest dream that pac will dominate or ko cotto. then the fight came and lo and behold, pac did just that. pac fans and nuetral fans thought it was a great win for pac...haters reneged on their previous predictions/opinions and tried to downplay pac's win. so what's the use of pointing out facts if you can't even hold on to your opinions before and after the fact happened.

And, say what you want, floyd fought castillo, corrales, gatti, Zab, Baldo, and ODH at the max weights when moving up and trying to win their titles. Manny didn't do that. You can't question or criticize floyd for that.
And, as far as the OST crap. You know where I stand.Last edited by The Big Dunn; 07-06-2010, 12:36 PM.
