People were saying Hatton would be too strong for Manny, so where does the su****ion at that point and time come into it, Ricky?
I mean Ricky says that he saw Manny being hurt by smaller guys, and that he himself was a 'powerhouse' so why would he have considered testing Manny back then? He's talking out of his ass in my opinion. Hindsight is great, but he should remember at that point and time he was supposed to be the bully of the fight.

Pac sparks Hatton because Hatton refused to defend. It still remains that Cotto and now Hatton find it suspect that Pac won't agree to the test Floyd asked for. There are many reasons why Manny is refusing some more legitimate than others but it doesn't help that his peers question his stance.

I guess that should apply to every succesful boxer aside from Floyd and Mosley then since they are the only 2 pro boxers to ever undergo OSDT.

If Pacquiao never tests, nobody will care besides people who will hate on Pacquiao off GP anyway, just like how people hate on Floyd off GP...but is hate from a group of people going to ruin either guy's legacy? Hell no...
