they do but like posted by boston guy they have to pay a huge amount for the fight being a business. they can then charge a low cover and they definately make up for it in food and drinks. people wouldn't come if it were a huge cover.

got it. I guess I'd prefer the comfort of my home (even though it costs) to a bar. It's cool that there is that option though.

Amazingly, the sports bar I go to charged $15 for the Tyson-Mcbride fight when it usually charges $10 for other ppv bouts.

it was 20 bucks at the door for the tyson golata fight years back but i got in free. they were showing it at a place that i used to frequent. i wasn't really that interested in the fight. not really a tyson fan. i'm not really a bar person anymore but i guess if i was tight on cash i would go to one to see it cheaper. i'd just have to drink water all night.

I have bought a lot of fights this year. 2 weeks ago I bought the Tyson fight. I am 50/50 in buying this one because I am going broke. Not to mention the upcoming Hopkins fight.

yeah but if you live in phoenix, like the rest of the US, you gotta wait to July 1st to actually watch Pride Critical Countdown....

as for me, i just bought the Tyson fight and feel like i spent 45-50$ to be depressed...so im gonna check this fight out later and save my money for Pride CC and Bushido 8! (plus Taylor/Hopkins....MAN PPV COSTS SO MUCH!!!)

If you live in Phoenix and you promise not to stare at my wife's ass all night like the rest of my buddies do, you can come over and watch it at my house.
