A hair slower... but a lot stronger.

He has definitely grown into a full welterweight.

exactly strength has zero to do with power. strength i feel is slow twitch muscle while power punching is fast twitch muscle fibers.

he is more than a "hair" slower hand and foot....but his timing and skills mask it well.

No, this is incorrect. Strength is the function of fast twitch muscles(red tissue) just as much as power, however, if we are talking punching power it consists of much more then raw physical strength. Power in itself is just mass(unchangeable) times velocity(variable) where velocity is the function of strength and coordination. In fact scientifically speaking velocity or speed is called "dynamic strength" amongst the pros in the field.

Of course it's still there... that's not what I am saying.

agree......he was much bigger in the JMM fight than he was against Shane.......for the people who think he was 160 plus against Shane...look at the post fight interview.......he wasn't even over 150 IMO.....against JMM i'd say he was wearing at least 155 if not over.

apparently he's coming into the ring at 160+ now, reed.

the extra weight must be why his legs are now apparently "shot."
