Toney Camp offers to fight Vitali at 60 / 40

Again, if you'd read, and stop acting like a bitter little teen, you'd see that if Toney's now ready to take a split, and Vitali stands to make Millions more fighting Toney than he would Maskiev, there's no reason for him not to take the fight. The Maskiev fight isn't signed, so there's no reason this fight can't be made with the money both fighters stand to make.

No one said he's ducking Toney, they say he would be ducking him to turn down the fight now that it makes much more financial sense for him, and is a quality opponent for him.

Vitali hasn't fought a live body since he lost to Lewis.

Toney is a good fight to gain him credibility and a big money fight.

If the fight is available to be made, and he chooses to fight Maskiev instead, he's ducking James Toney.

There is no reason a WBC title holder should be fighting 3 opponenets in a row the callibur of Sanders, Williams, and Maskiev.

Toney is available, the Maskiev fight isn't signed, and Vitali would stand to gain a lot of respect and money in beating Toney.

it doesn't matter if it's 60/40, 70/30, or 99/1, Vitali will NEVER fight anyone who poses a threat, and since Toney not only poses a threat but is an obvious candidate for a title shot, Vitali won't fight him unless there's a risk of being stripped of both the WBC and RING belts

Any man who gets in the ring with those two is not afraid of a Rahman or a Toney. .....If that's true, and if they made that as a serious offer to Vitali, then Vit needs to take that fight. I'm guessing that Vitali started talking about Oleg to get Toney's camp to come off that 50/50 talk. 60/40 is fine in my opinion to get the chance to shut Toney up once and for all. It may not be 65/35 but who the hell cares. If they have proof that they really made this offer and Vit doesn't jump at it then I will be the first Klit fan to critisize him and say that something is wrong.
