Roach is correct that Floyd has lost a little of his legs, I noticed that myself - but he still moves well enough and every move he makes is with a distinct purpose, his movement is economized precisely. Apart from that, Floyd has a great toolkit to adapt to any steady athletic decline, we saw how great against Shane, and the hands are still fast as hell. It's gonna be all about economy of movement and timing for Floyd. He will make Pacquiao look amateur and wide open.

So, Roach can be correct in saying Floyd has lost something athletically - but he's mistaken if he thinks Pacquiao can beat Floyd just because of that.
Floyd's a bag of tricks - after seeing Pacquiao-Cotto, I just wanted to see Floyd and Pac fight, hadn't analyzed it to the point of determining a winner. After seeing Pacquiao-Clottey, I was convinced Floyd would kick Pacquiao's ass, and now, after seeing Mayweather-Mosley, I'm 150% convinced.

Floyd has a tough time with southpaws and pacquiao moves round like he's some sort of race car in there. Floyd doesn't move like he use to, i think key to victory for pacquiao could be his footwork and how fast he moves round the ring, Pacquiao moves everywhere and even wears opponents down because they cant keep up with pacquiao. You'd be a mug to bet against either fighter in this fight to be honest.

          When is enough.......Enough

Whenever Money May fights (destroys) someone his skills are always criticized. Boxing has similarities to a game of chess. You must bait your opponent then proceed for the kill without revealing anything. Publicist need to give Money May his respect of being a great fighter. I'm a boxer and i personally know what it takes to be an outstanding fighter to dominant individuals. Mayweather's skill level makes his opponents look like toddlers. If his opponents can't handle that level of competition then they need to fight their shadow....Manny can't handle any boxers with any movement. Bradley, Alexander, Andre Berto, Paul Williams, Yuri Forman, and THE KING Money May. These boxers that are listed will not stand in front of you once they get their punches off. They would BEAT Manny's ass in a broom closet. Roach and Arum are selecting their cash cow away from opponents that would eliminate his worth in BOXING.

That speed is what's gonna get him lit up all night. His own momentum and aggression will be used against him throughout. He's gonna lunge into some nice shots.

When Ol' Pop Mayweather said 'that speed ain't all what you all think it is' a year ago in Hatton's camp? - Hatton didn't have the ability to, but Floyd Jr. will demostrate exactly what Sr. was talking about.

I'm not really sure if it's a case of Mayweather losing his legs. I believe that Mayweather wanted to fight Mosley toe to toe, and prove he was the stonger and better boxer. And he did just that. However, he isn't no spring chicken at 33 years of age, so maybe Roach does have a point. But to be honest, I think Mayweather can still use those running legs of his, if put under significant pressure. Expect to see them again if the Pacquiao fight materialises.

In speed Dept handspeed is almost equall w/ PBF slightly ahead but volume goes to Pac. Footspeed I have Pac slightly ahead bcoz of the flash in-outs side movements. On POWER cmon Hatton, Cotto, Clottey all have at least twice punching power than PBF. That little facetap won't get Pac's attention.. Pac by KTFO!

Roach does have a point. If you've watched Floyd a lot down the years, you'll notice it. It's all relative, though - Floyd still has extreme quickness and fluidity of movement comparative to even a lot of top level fighters, and his timing and control of distance is going to be the key, his body is still more than up to the task of meeting what Floyd's boxing brain requires of it to control a fight.

I disagree with the bold, sure he'll move, but he won't be running and darting everywhere - economy of movement, every movement purposeful and to set something up.

I totally disagree, its the same floyd that applied the same fighting style against Judah and Ndou. Watching their previous fights, i knew all along that Floyd might stand toe to toe coz i believed that its the best style for him to beat mosley and he mentioned that actually in one of his interviews, by saying that youll see a different floyd. The display of toughness last saturday just increased his chances of beating Pacman coz it shows he can handle power punches and can absorbs mosley's body punches. The big question now is what will happen if floyd's accurate head punches wether its counter or offensive operates on Pacman whose best defense is to coverup which i think he copied from Clottey when fighting cotto.
