Doping isnt an exact science. Everybody has a completely different physiological make up,so its crazy to assume that a fighter would play around with days and assume he wasnt going to get caught. Its just too risky.

This whole business is a total red herring. Floyd has no desire to clean up the sport, the only reason his team put this out there is because of sheer envy, which given the character of Floyd is no surprise at all.

Maybe better testing is a good idea, but not because Floyd doesnt like having a much more attractive and well liked rival. Its bull****. Why bother having athletic commisions or boards of control at all?

Fighters should stay out of this or deal with it privately with the commisions if they have that much of a problem with it. Trying to make someone else look bad without a shred of evidence is ultimately self defeating. It makes the accuser not only look jealous, but also makes them look like a bit of a *****.

      @ IMDAZED:

Correct me if I'm wrong but true or not I think I saw a post here in NSB saying you are in the business (drug testing). And besides, you sound like an expert with your posts...

The TS stated actual Olympic style proceedures which he had first hand info. Can you state if this is what's being followed currently?

We're not talkin' about accepting anything like man or any machismo ****, I'm just askin...

The second paragraph had some opinion in it. However, it also contained facts (habitual cheaters like Marion Jones and her boyfriend were never caught by the drug testing yet confessed to cheating throughout the games and their careers). Those are two of MANY. What you find laughable in there is beyond me but like usual you keep it bottled up because you really don't have **** to say.

As for the first paragraph, I told you what was being passed out at the actual Olympic games and the facts stated in the pamphlets. I then stated as to how I could not find anything specific online to refute the information I was given AT THE ACTUAL OLYMPIC GAMES. Now you respond with this? The bottom line is you haven't produced one shred of evidence, even a link, to refute statements made by pamphlets at THE ACTUAL OLYMPIC GAMES. So until you do, continue to come off with your condescending ''holier than thou"' attitude and make a fool of yourself. ?ll trust the information given by the IOC at their ACTUAL OLYMPIC EVENTS.

        Thanks.
Let's see this pamphlet you speak of - where they stop testing Olympians 30 days before an event.

The TS is wrong. Why do you think this is being called Olympic Styled testing? Olympic athletes, as well as in the Tour De France, can be tested up until the morning of an event. I want to see this pamphlet. I've been on here long enough and given enough links to make my head spin. If I have to do it again, I will. But I'm sick of people spewing nonsense and trying to pass it off as fact.

Uh, I've debated the dude in the past, he is as big a Floyd fan as any.

He has defended Floyd heavily, much longer before you got here.

Provide your home address on here and I'll mail you a copy. Thanks for providing some facts to explain otherwise. If you did, I would be grateful. Regardless it doesn't matter, because the point of this thread isn't to prove anybody is guilty or not. It's to point out the obvious, which is Floyd is scared. If he wasn't, he would fight, regardless of testing, because EVERY OTHER BOXER IN THE WORLD DOES. Floyd lost his confidence, and his own daddy is telling him to stay away from Pacquiao. Does this make Floyd a bad guy? No. But to say Pacquiao is the one avoiding the fight is a joke in itself. If Floyd doesn't want to get hurt and he's scared he will that's fine. But to pretend otherwise is hilarious. He should fight Paul Williams then, ?m sure Paul will take any test Floyd wants.

                  1. Pacquiao has taken on tougher opponents.

                  2. Athletes have been beating olympic drug testing for years.

                  3. No boxer is bigger than the sanctioning bodies.

                  4. Mayweather and his family are obviously impressed with Pacquiao's accomplishments to the point they think he "HAS" to be on something.

                  5. Legends like the guy in my av would never ***** out, steroids or not. They had an extreme self belief and would of taken the fight regardless.

                  6. Floyd's offense has diminished greatly in the last 5 years.

                  7. Pacquiao is the star of boxing, not Mayweather, and also #1 P4P. Mayweather should want to beat him.

you just sonned Imdazed with this one. I mean I get what you are saying and I agree. My thing is if anyone is gonna critize what you just posted....why not prove what points you are wrong on. Most of these guys on the board just say random flaming **** instead of bringing up points that prove otherwise.

Interesting points in the original post. By and large I agree. Especially the point about the Mayweathers as a whole being awed by Pacquiao. A lot of people forget that Pacquiao is one of Floyd's favourite fighters. I remember he said as much back in like 05 around the same time Pac fought Morales the first time.

Exactly. I was a member of "The Coalition'' and am a huge Mayweather fan. He's my third favorite active boxer (I don't consider James Toney active). But from him claiming to be superior to Sugar Ray Robinson and then screwing up the biggest fight in boxing because of ridiculous demands that go outside the sanctioning body, he has turned me off as a fan.

As for I'm Dazed, I am the one that stated the fact about the Tour de France. I told you what the pamphlet said. If that's not the case so be it, it doesn't make a difference to me, because it doesn't change the fact that regardless it doesn't prove Pacquiao is on anything and that Floyd still thinks he's bigger than the sport that made him rich. So if you do have facts, provide them, if not feel free to counter anything I said with actual opinions. Instead, you act as if you are above everything yet found the time to come into this thread and post multiple times. You are making yourself look like a fool.
