I think he's mailing it to you (the pamphlet)
So my other question is...are you indeed in the business?

This whole business is a total red herring. Floyd has no desire to clean up the sport, the only reason his team put this out there is because of sheer envy, which given the character of Floyd is no surprise at all.
Maybe better testing is a good idea, but not because Floyd doesnt like having a much more attractive and well liked rival. Its bull****. Why bother having athletic commisions or boards of control at all?
Fighters should stay out of this or deal with it privately with the commisions if they have that much of a problem with it. Trying to make someone else look bad without a shred of evidence is ultimately self defeating. It makes the accuser not only look jealous, but also makes them look like a bit of a *****.
and OSIRIS was right, other Mayweather fans turn this into a personal thing like Floyd pays their bills. All I know is that I have been following Floyd's career since he was an amateur, and his offense is nowhere near what it used to be, he gets hit more now than ever (the De La Hoya fight was hilarious, he couldn't solve a simple jab) and I have never seen him scared of somebody like he is Pacquiao.

Also, do me a favor, provide some facts that counter what I say. All you will find are the Tour De France procedures which happen random days throughout the event. I know my facts, let's see yours.
Your arguments lack of proper analysis and consideration for a serious debate.

Also, it said they stop BLOOD testing 30 days prior, continue with URINE tests throughout the event, and have another BLOOD test immediately after the athletes events.
