Regardless it doesn't matter, because the point of this thread isn't to prove anybody is guilty or not. It's to point out the obvious, which is Floyd is scared. If he wasn't, he would fight, regardless of testing, because EVERY OTHER BOXER IN THE WORLD DOES. Floyd lost his confidence, and his own daddy is telling him to stay away from Pacquiao. Does this make Floyd a bad guy? No. But to say Pacquiao is the one avoiding the fight is a joke in itself. If Floyd doesn't want to get hurt and he's scared he will that's fine. But to pretend otherwise is hilarious. He should fight Paul Williams then, Í'm sure Paul will take any test Floyd wants.
I don't care about who has the greater legacy or who is scared of whom. I'm not caught up in that fan BS. Manny Pacquiao is scared of testing, not Floyd Mayweather. And what proof have you provided? Are you so gullible as to believe that WADA stops testing athletes THIRTY DAYS BEFORE AN EVENT? Really?

But I'm sick of people spewing nonsense and trying to pass it off as fact.
      OK.

I think he's mailing it to you (the pamphlet)

So my other question is...are you indeed in the business?

This whole business is a total red herring. Floyd has no desire to clean up the sport, the only reason his team put this out there is because of sheer envy, which given the character of Floyd is no surprise at all.

Maybe better testing is a good idea, but not because Floyd doesnt like having a much more attractive and well liked rival. Its bull****. Why bother having athletic commisions or boards of control at all?

Fighters should stay out of this or deal with it privately with the commisions if they have that much of a problem with it. Trying to make someone else look bad without a shred of evidence is ultimately self defeating. It makes the accuser not only look jealous, but also makes them look like a bit of a *****.
        Exactly.

and OSIRIS was right, other Mayweather fans turn this into a personal thing like Floyd pays their bills. All I know is that I have been following Floyd's career since he was an amateur, and his offense is nowhere near what it used to be, he gets hit more now than ever (the De La Hoya fight was hilarious, he couldn't solve a simple jab) and I have never seen him scared of somebody like he is Pacquiao.

Why does that matter? Do I ask what you do for a living?

Also, do me a favor, provide some facts that counter what I say. All you will find are the Tour De France procedures which happen random days throughout the event. I know my facts, let's see yours.
            Wasnīt your thread unbiased??...LOL

Your arguments lack of proper analysis and consideration for a serious debate.

Floyd Mayweather is the one that is so scared of the opposing fighter that he is demanding testing outside of the sanctioning bodies control, for the first time in combat sports history. Every other fighter in the world follows the same commisions sanctions, and every other fighter in the world would face Pacquiao according to said rules. Not bring in more because he scares the **** out of the fighter to the point that the fighter believes he HAS TO BE ON THE DOPE.

Also, it said they stop BLOOD testing 30 days prior, continue with URINE tests throughout the event, and have another BLOOD test immediately after the athletes events.

This thread is hilarious. God, I loathe *****s. I hope Shane beats the brakes off Floyd on May 1. I wish he'd taken a tuneup in January though when the Berto fight fell through. He could have done with shaking off some ringrust

It is being unbiased to point out that Mayweather thinks he is bigger than the sport. He is the only combat sports athlete in history that thinks he can demand testing that the athletic commission in a state which he lives in does not. That's like a the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys demanding the opposing QB undergoes a different test outside the NFL rules before the Superbowl or they don't show up and play. It's ridiculous.

Go on believing heīs afraid of needles or that he gets weakened as in the Clottey fight if that helps you sleep...
