Who here wouldn't take a blood test for 40 million dollars to prove you aren't on steroids, to fight a fighter that you truly believe you would beat, and to fight a fighter that you think is afraid of you. It just doesn't add up. I don't think manny is on steroids, there's probably a 1 percent chance he is, having said that I don't understand why he wouldn't just take the tests.
I wouldn't take it. I don't like to give up blood, it weakens me. I know it's a teaspoon of blood, but i would need almost a month to recover from it, so NO.
I was going to ask that same question. I can't wait to see the answer lol. I'll also add that Pacquiao's team agreed to the testing originally (We'll take any test they want!"). They knew what was in the contract. The fact that they flip flopped is strictly on them. If they didn't want it they should have never agreed to do it.
thats all b.s.!!!! pac is on something and now we all know it! Boxing needs this fight not 2 mention both camps would've made $40million! yeah blood loss would make him weak cuz he wont b able 2 dope. If he's clean theres no reason the fight shouldnt happen.
Both camps would have made $40mil hadn't Mayweather suddenly throwing the monkey wrench in the whole negotiations. It was a done deal then he comes up with more stipulations and won't budge. He's a ***** and an *******.

I knew it wasn't a ruse from the get. And I suspected someone was going to say/do something. I never thought in my wildest dreams it would be Floyd. Never. And even though I had my su****ions and heard the rumors, I never suspected Manny would say no. Shocking.
It was pretty shocking, and I guess that is why some people seem to think he is viewed as fine. After the fact the talking heads were so shocked that they really could not wrap their heads around the issue and then Manny had a fight lined up right away then Floyd did shortly after so the topic in teh media kind of changed.
It doesn't seem like a ruse to me as doing that with this issue seems really dangerous but Arum is pretty di****able and might think that they could play this up and take the tests later. The hardest part about pulling something off like that is making people believe it is real and since it would be an odd topic to do this over I think a ruse is a possibility but then again I still think the fight will happean so maybe that is playing on my thoughts. People did think they were messing around when this first came up but they way things played out and followed through made it seem real.
Alot depends on what goes down the next go around, but to me that is when we will really see how the media and public feels.

uh...the OSDT was in the contract from the beginning. Stop lying.

Good post, G. I think a lot depends on the outcome of Mayweather-Mosley as well. This issue could actually die with that fight.
