A) Even the winter Olympics in Vancouver weren't up to snuff on that yet. B)Only Mayweather feels that all of this testing is needed. Not any other pro boxer, and not any state athletic commission which actually SANCTIONS the fights. So Pacquiao's blood levels would not be monitored for a year, thus making that point meaningless, thus making the refusal to fight Pacquiao over 10 days (24 day cut off date to 14) ridiculous. Please provide a link, or photo of your pamphlet where it says they cut off testing 30 days before an event... Show me please. Until then it's an opinion.

There is no limit to where testing can be done. This mysterious 30 day limit from a mysterious pamphlet.

There are ways to speed up clearing your system for testing. Yet he says there isn't..

2. Blood doping and blood transfusions are detectable even within several weeks, although the optimum method is for a year. This is irrelevant, however, as both Mayweather and Mosley will be subject to testing for a year. So would have Pac if he had...agreed.

Why would any boxer take EPO? I have asked the same thing you and them some...yet I have never got a logically answer. Truth is you can you an altitude stimulater (Chambers and Ward use) or run in the mountains and get the same exact effects of EPO use.
