yeah that would have been the smart thing to do, I have a feeling it a combination of stubbornness and greed. He Probably pays Santiago $12.00/hr.

Its about time! E. Steward is one of the best, if not the best, in the business. Dont worry Foreman...theres always Buddy McGirt

That's what I'm saying Grust. I got love for Cotto but he makes dumb decisions. He needed Manny Steward for the Pacquiao fight. Hopefully he's not done but it doesn't look good cause now he's going up where the bigger guys are.

Last month, Yuri Foreman's manager, Murray Wilson, reached a verbal agreement with Steward to join their camp in a consultant's role for two to three weeks. [Click Here To Read More]

            Now we know better......??
Why in the world would they offer anything beyond a flat fee? The guy was coming in to work three weeks tops in an eight week camp. He wasn't going to be the trainer and he wasn't going to work the corner.

At least he's never quit before. I thought the Clottey-Cotto and Mosley-Cotto decisions were worse than the Martinez-Williams decision except for that one scorecard that had Williams winning 11 rounds.
