the reason why they said 24 days is that Golden Boy had tape of Manny taking blood 24 days out for the Hatton fight. It was on the 24/7 show.

and no Cotto did not agree to a title fight at 145lbs. He agreed to fight Manny at a catchweight of 145lbs. The WBC decided to make a belt specifically for this fight (remember the diamond belt?)

Manny convinced the WBO to make this a title fight AFTER Cotto already agreed to the fight being at 145. Cotto disagreed with this but then the BO told him if he did not fight for his title against Manny he would be stripped win lose or draw
