ALL of Ali's best wins were either pre prime or post prime

Haha people act like he's 22 years old. Floyd is 32 folks that's the age were fighters show their last good performances, usually of course. But because of Mayweather's defensive style he might have a couple of prime years left. Only time will tell.

That doesn't help either - I'm not sure how that somehow proves he's NOT in his prime? He's 33, has fought once in two years and his average punches per round has dipped. Not to mentioned what I mentioned before. I think you don't WANT to be convinced.

Nevertheless you try to argue that he is past prime by stating punchstats. I cannot see those numbers proving anything particularly not when weight is omitted.

Actually, I used a couple reasons in conjunction with punch stats. Like...age?

Let's just put it this way, he may be on the decline but he still would beat Mosley and Pacquiao. Period.

Yeah, it's not like he's washed up. But in his prime? No.

Physically I don't think he's as quick as he used to be but I think he's a smarter fighter now than he's ever been. So I agree with Natas when he said physically no, mentally yes. Like Jordan when he stopped driving to hoop and started settling for jumpshots...
