Barrera won a lot of big fights after the first Pacquiao loss. Morales beat Manny, so the rematch was very legit.

JCC came into the first DLH fight with a cut. Their second fight was at 147 where Chavez was crap.

I like the way Horus worded this... Look at words he uses for Oscar case...

before he fought Oscar, Chavez (lost a split decision to Frankie randell and reward a draw against pernell.)

Now lets look at the words uses for Pac case...

Before he fought Pacquiao, MAB = 2 junior jones beatings, and 3 wars with Eric Morales (2 WARS before the first fight)



Before he fought Pacquiao,Morales = 3 wars with MAB, Got boxed the **** out of by Zahir Raheem

For Pac case he uses "wars" "beatings" "boxed the **** out of" but for Oscar case he use words "Draw" split decision"

Like WTF biased much? Did Whitaker not "boxed the **** out of" Chavez? Gave him a schooling? Was Chavez not in a "war" against Taylor? Did Chavez not have over 90 fights?

yes it was the only problem was that it was clearly after the bell. That was a dirty fight, with alot of rabbit punching, headbutting etc and I think to see Jones land a few after the bell pissed Team Barrera off (which is why they ran into the ring). If I remember correctly, one of MAB trainers threw someting at Jones after than ran into the ring.

Again Junior Jones was a very good fighter at those lower weight class...people tend to forget that and think that it was somehow bad for MAB to lose to him.

The reasons people dont know how good junior jones was is because they were not watching back then and dont check out older fights.

They know who mab is because that fight was the one that jump started pac career. but since pac beat mab and mab lost to junior jones twice that must mean junior jones was a bad loss for marco.

I don't want to use the word "legit" here Horus but in terms of credibility I would give Pac more credit because they Morales and MAB were 2 of the best in the weight class at the time and regarded alongside the best fighters in the world and DLH beat a much smaller 90 fight vet in JCC at ww which was not really a natural weight class for JCC.

My vote was an accident actually. Ive always said Barerra is Pacs best win.
