I don't think he's on steroids. I think his style has translated well to the higher weights and he's more comfy now than ever. That said, he and his camp made themselves look su****ious and it's made me curious at times. I'm as neutral as Switzerland.

      Think of it like this...

Pacquiao- weight, gloves, weight penalty, purse split

Mayweather Jr.- 14 day random drug test(DENIED)

The thing is this, we all like Mayweather and Pacquiao heck we just love the sport period. If you were Pacquiao and someone threw $40M at you to take random drug test and you knew with all your heart that you have achieved your goals by hard work and dedication. Would you turn down $40M to fight Clottey for no where near that amount? To me Clottey will fight a lot harder than Mayweather Jr. and I predict him to pull off the upset.

On my own principle i blame Pacquiao more for the fight collapsing than i blamed Mayweather, I have this Pac sig here based on Principle, I dont want to hear any athlete refusing random testing..........Period.
I think Pac REFUSE Floyds condition NOT THE RANDOM BLOOD TESTING.

The thing is, at first team Pac said they have no problems at all taking these tests. Then they come back with some demands of their own at the negotiating table, once Mayweather accepts, they back off their previous stance and all the drama breaks loose.

          This video explains everything: -

I've said it before and will say it again - Either Pac has something to hide, or team Pac never intended on fighting Mayweather.

Ask Manny - since Murad was his promoter before Arum .

No! He refuse Random testing, Mayweather had nothing to do with how the test happens so what conditions would that be??? Pac want Mayweather to agree to a certain cut off date which would make the testing irrelevant.

and if pac is in fact using peds.. the bashing from his own countrymen will be more than enough.

if money is more important to pac, arum would'nt be his promoter, with the cut he's taking.

Pac has the most fans and is currently the most beloved fighter in boxing. You would be hard pressed to find people who don't believe he is a great fighter.

I remember when Max Kellerman and Jose Canseco was calling Mark Mcguire, Barry Bonds, Arod and others out for being the spades they were, Kellerman damn near lost his job, Canseco was labeled a liar because people claimed wheres the facts, wheres the proof they haven't failed a drug test and look now its all coming out. Learn from history my friend. In Pac's situation he had a chance to easily prove his innocence and greatness in one shot rather than cast a shadow over his career and he chose not to. Now what could possibly be worse than him having a shadow cast on his career ACTUALLY BEING PROVEN TO BE A CHEAT on such a grand stage that the fight was to be on. If i were him and i was using peds i would do the same thing too and then use the excuse wheres the proof.

If Pac didn't care about money why were the Hatton and Dela Hoya fights almost canceled because he wanted more money. Please don't feed into that B.S about he's such a righteous man, his principles.... yadi dada. Priests are supposed to be more righteous, spiritual and virtuous and have done worse. We are humans we all have weaknesses, insecurities, we cheat lie, steal its in our nature. Kills me when people try to make him out to be this righteous saint. He's great fighter but he's a man like you and i.

Mayweathers has everything to do with it.

Pac will abide what ever NSAC imposes BUT NOT on what Mayweather terms.

That's why there's BOXING COMMISSION, they should have asked or petition the NSAC to perform RANDOM BLOOD TESTING on all boxers NOT singling out 1 boxer. That's WITCH HUNTING.

He has to prove it to his country, his family, friends, his fans, and most of all himself especially since Ariza already said "Pacquiao doesn't know what he takes, I give him everything..." Pacquiao could've killed this issue months ago by taking the test if its' about pride.

PRIDE: [1]a high or inordinate opinion of one\'s pwn dignity, importance, MERIT, or superiority, whether as cherished in the mnd or as displayed in bearing, CONDUCT, etc.[2] THE STATE OF FEELING OR BEING PROUD.

He should take the test to protect his pride.
