Pac will abide what ever NSAC imposes BUT NOT on what Mayweather terms.

That's why there's BOXING COMMISSION, they should have asked or petition the NSAC to perform RANDOM BLOOD TESTING on all boxers NOT singling out 1 boxer. That's WITCH HUNTING.

The NSAC have nothing to do with what two boxers decide to negotiate for, What they both demand etc if they do then they would stop Pacqauio from using his star power to restrict Cotto to 145 for his WW belt.

The boxing commission doesn't get involved in the negotiations. What Mayweather requested was a part of the negotiations. If he requested a Big Mac from Pac after the fight as a part of the negotiations as strange as it may sound it still has nothing to do with the NSAC. They can't step in and say no we only give out Whoppers. Why didn't Arum ask NSAC to step in when the weight, glove size, purse split and penalty for weight limit were being requested by his team?

Boxers decide fight contracts - weight, gloves, ring size, money as per Boxing Commission guidelines and rules.

EXACTLY, where was all this talk about NSAC when they took a mans belt at an unjustified weight limit. Why didn't Arum force NSAC to step in and protect Cotto from having to put his belt on the line at that weight limit which was more unheard of than mayweather asking for random drug tests. Lol these fans are so twisted man i tell you one thing boxing won't be the same when both Mayweather and Pac retires.

I remember when Max Kellerman was calling Mark Mcguire, Barry Bonds and others out for being the spades they were, he damn near lost his job because people claimed wheres the facts, wheres the proof they haven't failed a drug test. But the facts were in their unheard of performances. In Pac's situation he had a chance to easily prove his innocence and greatness in one shot rather than cast a shadow over his career and he chose not to. Now what could possibly be worse than him having a shadow cast on his career ACTUALLY BEING PROVEN TO BE A CHEAT on such a grand stage that the fight was to be on. If i were him and i was using peds i would do the same thing too and then use the excuse wheres the proof.

If Pac didn't care about money why were the Hatton and Dela Hoya fights almost canceled because he wanted more money. Please don't feed into that B.S about he's such a righteous man, his principles.... yadi dada. Priests are supposed to be more righteous, spiritual and virtuous and have done worse. We are humans we all have weaknesses, insecurities, we cheat lie, steal its in our nature. Kills me when people try to make him out to be this righteous saint. He's great fighter but he's a man like you and i.
i see youre one of the un-informed, thinking pac is god-like here in the PI

            pacs not righteous LOL

thats why he'll never win a spot in congress here..
            with all his flaws..

again, he'll be receiving more than enough bashing in the PI once he is proven to use PEDs.

and if your viewpoint is based on what has happened from before. you've just limited other possibilities however improbable they are..

if its an improbable fact, it is still facts.

They also get to negotiate drug tests also as long as it is not less than the standards that governing body normally does. If what Mayweather was asking for was so unreasonable NSAC would have stepped in themselves and said you can't do this but because it was well within the realm of the negotiations they didn't. Arum was the one running to NSAC and said they should implement it themselves knowing that couldn't do that by the March 13th date. Do you realize what you are defending? You are defending not having the best tests to ensure that two men who are putting their lives on the lines once in that ring be on the same playing field smh.

He wasn't too much of a nice guy to commit adultery... point being he's just a man and not some unfathomable figure and we don't know pacquiao.

I don't know, I think every man deserves the benefit of the doubt. But the latest ongoing situations make Pacquiao look su****ious.

Do you think pac has been taking/or is taking PED's?

Do you think the reason he is refusing the 14 days before the fight cut off because he infact take PED's.

If so , do you think this explains his crazy KO power.

Do you think he will KO Clottey?
As there will be no ped tests, do you think he will use PED's?

                    No biased views please

Ive always thought Pac is just a great boxer with crazy skills, but recently after their rengotiations, im doubting his honesty.
Im finding it harder to believe Pac camp, too much doesnt add up
                    - There's never been any reason to assume he was on PEDs, so I give him the benefit of the doubt. I think he drained himself to make the weights below 130. When he started he was a poor kid who didn't have access to proper training methods and food.

                    - He doesn't have crazy KO power. He didn't stop Marquez, he beat down Diaz over the course of 9 rounds, he stopped De La Hoya on accumulation without ever really rocking him, he knocked out Hatton who's ability to take a punch declined drastically, and he rocked Cotto (who's chin had always been a question mark) but ultimately stopped him on accumulation. He's naturally heavy handed and fast.

                    - He might TKO Clottey on cuts or something, but I don't think he'll KO him outright. I think Pac will win a wide UD against a stationary, sluggish, inactive target.

With all that said, if it does come out that he was using PEDs it wouldn't surprise me in the least, but only because of how pervasive illegal PEDs are in pro sports. Nothing against him personally.

Personally I think he's just not about to let Floyd dictate the terms of the fight.
Don't be gullable guys there was no real evidence besides a confession for mosley that doesn't mean there's not a chance he's using. I'm not sure he's using but scrutiny is merited at this point.
